Pleasant stay, very comfortable with friendly staff.

My room was very comfortable and much better than I was expecting.
Every single staff member was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I had listed my dietary requirements on my joining instructions but the biscuits in my room were oat biscuits so I couldn’t eat them.

Great value accommodation for my training course.
Pros:

All the food at Mitchell Hall is exceptional for the money. If you don't mind a slightly 'up-market refectory' vibe in the dining areas its great for business travel or when visiting the area. The staff are polite and unobtrusive, there are loads of social areas and I imagine its great for a wedding. the rooms are spacious and clean.

Cons:

The coffee machines don't use fresh beans or milk, this would definitely improve if they did.

Great location, lovely staff.
Pros:

Love the Reggie’s staff and food , location is great and staff are lovely.

Cons:

The bed was really hard, and the pillows were solid… it might be worth investing in some more forgiving mattresses as it’s a shame as everything else is great.
