Red is my favorite color. Very nice lay out. Beautiful bed

In many years of business and leisure travel, this was the best hotel experience I can remember
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Proximity to Fox was unbeatable. The staff were very welcoming and fulfilled our requests. Parking was also most convenient.

Cons:

I don't think any decaf coffee was in our room. Only mentioning this to give a chance for improvement. No real downside to our stay.

I stayed at this hotel for one night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. When I first entered my room, there was a noticeable dog urine spot and dog food scattered across the floor. The room clearly had not been properly cleaned before my arrival.

I contacted the front desk and asked if someone could come clean it, and I was told someone would take care of it. However, no one ever came. I even spoke with management about the issue, but nothing was done to resolve it.

Cleanliness is one of the most basic expectations when staying at a hotel, and this situation made the stay very uncomfortable. I hope the hotel improves its housekeeping standards and communication with guests in the future.

Excellent stay for this area of St. Louis. Restaurant has good dinner options and the food is very good. Breakfast food
Pros:

Convenient to the Fox Theater. Interesting property. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Cons:

Could have a little better lighting in the blue room. Wished the curtains could be opened up more fully.
