Disappointing stay: Poor maintenance and pest issues.

We have stayed in many serviced apartments and Airbnbs, but unfortunately, this property fell short of expectations. While the staff was responsive in fixing a flickering ceiling light and a broken handheld shower upon our arrival, the overall experience remained average due to several maintenance and cleanliness issues.

The apartment felt "tired" and dusty. We were particularly concerned to find a significant number of charlie ants (rove beetles) despite keeping all windows and balcony doors closed. Additionally, the pillows were uncomfortably firm, and basic amenities were missing, such as hand towels in the kitchen and bathrooms. While soap was provided, it was a low-quality bar soap that was difficult to rinse off; liquid handwash would be a much-needed improvement.

Pros:

Super Pool und Ausblick. Schön sauber und gepflegt. Vom Bett aus blickte ich aus dem Fenster auf die See und konnte das leise Rauschen der Wellen hören. Sehr entspannend. Es gibt die Möglichkeit im Hotel nebenan zu frühstücken und fußläufig gibt es einen foodmarkt.

A rather pleasant stay for the family.
Pros:

The location is good. There is a food court nearby. The unit also has a great view of the sea.
It’s good that they had a water filter in the kitchen.
They provided us with a baby cot as requested which was good.

Cons:

Our shampoo and bath gel containers were empty. There also wasn’t any hair conditioner. We also didn’t have replacement toilet paper. It was quite inconvenient to always have to update our Touch and Go card whenever we drive out in order to have free parking.
