Reasonable price for a short stay. The room is well-designed. The location is good. It's about 10 min walking distance to the famous Malioboro street. Quiet environment. This was the good part

The bad side, the sheets had stains. The centralized hot shower system doesn't work properly. Takes time for the water to get hot and it's not consistent. The AC was not cold even at the lowest temp. Didn't bother to complain as we were just spending in the room for a couple of hours to sleep. We were out very early in the morning and only back at late night.

near to Malioboro Street

This hotel is suitable for me as a solo traveler, although the rooms are small but I like it for transit because my train at the midnight, close to Lempuyangan Station about 5 minutes by car, but not so close to Malioboro if you walk.

The private bedroom with ensuite bathroom (has amenity too), a Smart TV (this is very important) and comfy bed is very good and comfortable to me compared to "real cabin/capsul hotel", the minus is it doesn't have a window (to outside).

The price is reasonable and better if you go show to the hotel than OTA. Thank you Mr. Dedi to your hospitality !

Great location, close to everything

good location in Malioboro, great service at the desk, clean room tho small (not a problem for us) nice bathroom with good hot shower! walkable to many attractions. only thing i will say was the breakfast was very local style, we didn’t love it as westerners. so if there’s an option for room without breakfast for slightly cheaper maybe go with that! however, they obviously can’t cater to anyone and it was a nice touch that they even had the option! just maybe a way to save a few $. overall an amazing find for the cheap price and again service was amazing and friendly. would stay again

最近建てられた綺麗なホテルです。ジョグジャカルタの駅からは頑張れば歩けます（徒歩25分程度）。部屋は非常に狭いので、感覚としては個室のカプセルホテルでしょうか。ただ、各部屋にシャワーとトイレもあり、Wi-Fiもおおむね良好でした。

窓の無い部屋だったのが、唯一の不満ですね（他の部屋に窓があるかどうかはわかりません）。ジョグジャカルタで安く快適に滞在するには、とてもおすすめのホテルです。なお、ホテルの周りは、いかにも東南アジアの住宅街といった雰囲気でした。

The room is so clean and kindly people. For price it's so friendly for couples who looking for place to stay and not far from malioboro. So u can order some transportation or by walking to mailoboro. Good

Great service and price with simple local breakfast included, night receptionist very helpful and resourceful, fix the twitching light problem on the corridor, rooms ara in the small size but bathroom in a good size, a plus air conditioning works the CNN only bad thing will be the old linen and excess of light in the morning

Hotel is situated at the end of a quiet one way street, and only a short walk from the main Malioboro Street. It cost less than 50K IDR to the airport using the GRAB app. It is a clean hotel and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The single room was comfortable and of adequate size with an en suite bathroom. The room was tidied everyday with a new supply of toiletries. My room had one small opaque window, and another opaque window in the door.
The room had aircon, a smart TV and wifi. I could watch Youtube on the TV with the Youtube app on my phone!
I looked forward to their breakfast which is an eco-friendly box of treats. In the lobby, there is a watercooler, and a supply of tea bags or coffee powder. There is a terrace on the first floor which faces east so it gets very hot quickly early morning but in the evening it is very pleasant.
If you are out most of the day, and just need a clean, secure, safe and convenient place to base yourself then I would recommend this hotel. The staff are on duty 24 hours, and resourceful.

Efficient and perfect for solo traveler.. no window.. provide all solo traveler needs and on top all it's cheap..

Not really in Malioboro main road, it's about 15 minutes walk from Malioboro called Jagalan area..

I had checked into a different hotel for several nights, but had to leave after just a few hours, so was in a rush to book an alternative. Front One looked to be in the right sort of place, at a very reasonable cost. I booked one night, just to make sure.

The hotel was perfect. I had a small inner room, with no external window, but it was everything that I wanted. Air Conditioning was good, the hot water and pressure in the shower was superb, and fresh toiletries were provided. There was also a tv, which I didn’t make use of. Best of all, the room was modern and exceptionally clean. Within a few hours, I’d booked for a couple of additional nights.

A small breakfast box was provided each morning, which was sufficient. There as also a water dispenser in the reception, which did hot/cold water, plus also had tea, coffee, sugar for guests to use.

Location was perfect to get to the main museums, and to Malioboro.

Highly recommended.

Excellent rapport qualité prix on est bien situé par rapport au centre-ville

I stayed at this hotel for two days, from 4 to 6 May 2019. I reserved by Pegipegi android apps. As we know together, at May 6, 2019 in Indonesia was the first day of Ramadan fasting for Moslems. In general many hotels and inns in Indonesia adjust the change of breakfast time become more quickly as a "sahoor" meal for Muslim guests. But this hotel did not to that action on May 6, 2019 eventhough I already paid breakfast (clearly written on the hotel itinerary). I should have had breakfast that they could give earlier as a "sahoor" meal, but they did not help me and other moslem hotel guests. I think this hotel management does not want to give service adjustment and tend to run from responsibility. I hope for Moslem travelers to find another good hotels than this irresponsible hotel.

L’hôtel vient d’être rénové et il est très propre. Pour le quartier, il est un peu éloigné des restaurants et des lieux touristiques. Il faut prendre le taxi à chaque fois.

La proximite de Malioboro que l'on peut rejoindre a pied. Hotel tres calme.

Auch wenn das EZ sehr klein ist, hat es mehr an Komfort als in dieser Preiskategorie üblich ist: TV, Klimaanlage, Telefon, Wifi... Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Box mit dem leckeren indonesischen Frühstück wird auch auf das Zimmer gebracht. Ein Gratis-Heiß/Kalt-Wasserspender steht jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Die Lage an einer Brücke ist zentral, aber ruhig und die attraktive Shopping-Event-Mall ist in 10 Min. zu Fuß erreichbar. Nachteile habe ich keine empfunden, sondern ich verlängerte um weitere Nächte.

I was staying here for 2 nights and it was very great experince to stay in this hotel,the front desk was mrs Agustin and she so helpul,friendly,and nice. A good price for a solo traveller like me,very clean and comfortable.i was so happy and definitely will be back to this hotel,and i will recomend this hotel to my friend
