Peaceful place in Hoi An
Pros:

The staff's attention was excellent.
And the breakfast was delicious, I recommend ordering it.

Cons:

The WiFi signal didn't reach my room very well, but I could use it perfectly in the reception area and by the pool.

Sehr Schönes Hotel zwischen Strand und Altstadt gelegen sehr schöner Pool lädt zum entspannen ein . Es ist sauber und die Zimmer sind hell und groß Alle sind sehr freundlich und helfen wenn man Fragen hat ich werde bestimmt wiederkommen es.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful and very welcoming family-run hotel.
Pros:

What I especially liked was the very friendly and family-like atmosphere in the hotel. You immediately feel welcome. The rooms are large, bright, and very clean. The swimming pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxing. I also appreciated how easy and uncomplicated it was to rent a scooter on a basis of trust.

Cons:

There were no significant issues during my stay.

Struttura mediocre con una buona posizione
Pros:

Mi dispiace per la ragazza che gestiva l’hotel, ma il soggiorno non è andato come speravo. Abbiamo prenotato una camera matrimoniale a 40€ senza colazione (+2 euro al gg a persona). L’aria dentro la stanza appena arrivati era irrespirabile: fortissimo odore di umidità, muffa e chiuso. Le tapparelle avevano muffa, il condizionatore perdeva condensa e la parete del condizionatore era tutta infiltrata di umidità con il muro scrostato. L’aria era veramente pesante, con tutte le finestre chiuse. Arieggiando per ore la situazione è migliorata ma ogni volta che si entrava l’aria era pesante e c’era tanta puzza di umidità. Volevo quasi cambiare hotel, non l’abbiamo fatto solo per la logistica di cercarne un altro e spostare tutte le valigie e perché erano solo 3 notti.
Nel corso dei 3 gg di soggiorno mai nessuno ha pulita la stanza, ne cambiato gli asciugamani, ne riempiti gli shampoo e il sapone delle mani, ho dovuto chiedere personalmente ogni gg! Alla fine dei 3 gg la stanza era veramente sporca considerando anche che la doccia era aperta quindi si allagava tutto il bagno ad ogni doccia.
La colazione veramente mediocre: solo 1 scelta a testa e 1 bevanda, scelta tra un pancake, frittata e pane, pane e burro, noodles, pane e burro di arachidi. Io ho sempre preso il pancake ma era veramente uno di numero 😅!
La ragazza dell’hotel è stata molto gentile, tranne alla fine del soggiorno che non ci è piaciuto il problema con il pagamento con il pos.

Cons:

Aria della camera irrespirabile, pesante, umida, con muffa sulle tende della finestra. Per nulla salutare.
Mancanza di pulizia della camera per 3 gg consecutivi. Colazione scarsa con solo 1 piatto a testa. Mancanza di comunicazione riguardo al pos, che già non funzionava dal gg prima.

Ein sehr herzlicher Ort
Pros:

Besonders gefallen hat mir die Freundlichkeit aller Mitarbeiter, ich wurde jederzeit mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Ich habe mich sehr willkommen gefühlt.
Bei Fragen etc. wurde mir jederzeit in gutem Englisch geholfen. 😊
Ich fand auch die offene Bauweise des Hotels sehr angenehm und dee Pool bietet eine wunderbare Möglichkeit zur Abkühlung.
Sehr angenehm fand ich auch, das man sich kostenlos Fahrräder ausleihen könnte, wodurch man sehr unkompliziert die Gegend erkunden konnte.
Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Cons:

Beim duschen läuft das Wasser nicht schnell genug ab, dadurch ist im gesamten Bad der Boden nass.
Das erschwert das Abtrocknen etwas. Gerade weil alles Andere aber wirklich schön war, kann ich mit diesem kleinen Mangel aber wunderbar leben.

Pros:

I felt right at home. Hoa and her family are excellent hosts. They offer laundry service, breakfasts in the mornings with fresh fruit, banh mi, and coffee. I highly recommend Hoa's banana pancake—the best I had in Vietnam. Plus, they have free bicycles that take you to the old town in 5 minutes and to the beach in 15. I would definitely stay at Hoa Anh Villa again!

Room was a good size.
Bed & pillows very comfortable
Fridge, kettle & cable TV in room.
Nice balcony to sit on.
Reception let us use knives, forks, bowls & plates from the kitchen.
Free bike use. Shops, bars, restaurants all within short distance.
Nice sized pool and sun loungers.

Cons:

Bathroom ceiling leaked, had at least four, seperate constant drips coming down . When using toilet, drips down your back. Asked to move rooms, told none available. Reception told us next day that handyman had fixed. Got to room, no...still lots of leaks coming from bathroom ceiling. Frosted glass front door let's in bright light as soon as the sun comes up. But don't worry, the 20+ Cockerells & chickens right behind the hotel will have you up at 4am every morning. Stayed for a week, not once was a room clean or fresh towels offered. Got to 5th day and asked for room clean, fresh sheets etc. Got back later, cleaner had just made the bed. No clean linen as the duvet cover had an old faint yellow stain on and was still the same one after supposed clean. A lot of the rooms suffer from very bad mould & damp. One woman and young son told us room downstairs was so mouldy and smelly she asked to move. Got moved to room on second floor next day, only to encounter worse mould and damp. They checked out and left. Couple arrived in room next to ours on first floor. Took one step in and they to asked for another room due to mould and damp. They checked out the next day too. At least our room had no mould or damp, just a leaky bathroom ceiling.

Great stay amazing staff and beautiful place
Pros:

One of the best stays up to now . Very nice staff specially the front desk woman with a perfect English . Nice pool . Room was good and clean and the bed was comfy . Free bicycle as a bonus .

Ubytování v blízkosti rýžových polí, veliké plus byl udržovaný bazén a velmi milá a vstřícná majitelka.

Cons:

I když bylo krásné počasí, v pokoji bylo velmi vlhko, koupelna po sprše zůstávala dlouho mokrá a ani klimatizace nastavená na vysoušení moc nepomáhala. Při odjezdu jsme zjistili, že i věci v batohu navlhly, což bylo nepříjemné zjištění.

Pros:

Hotel très agréable, en dehors de la ville animée et bruyante, près des rizières pour aller se balader avec les vélos à disposition. Belle piscine, bon petit déjeuner. Rénové donc en bon état.

Cons:

Petites fenêtres dans la chambre : on aurait aimé des baies vitrées pour admirer le paysage alentour.
