Lovely pool,staff were friendly and very spacious room.
We didn’t have any hot water for the week. The communal shower did tho so I’m sure it was just faulty and it was our own fault for not letting them know but other than that all good
La piscina y las bicis es lo mejor. Hemos estado alojados en este hotel en dos ocasiones, es decir hemos repetido experiencia.
Tengo dos valoraciones, dado que la primera vez que estuvimos alojados la experiencia fue algo menos agradable. Estuvo bien de manera general las dos, pero la primera experiencia:
Tiene problemas de humedad importantes que solucionar, nuestra habitacion goteaba y estaba el suelo del baño empapado, se lo transmitimos a los dueños y básicamente pasaron de nosotros.
La segunda vez que nos alejamos fue mucho mejor, nos toco una habitacion con balcones mas grande y no tenía humedades. Así que en esta ocasión fue excelente.
El personal es bastante amable.

The location is reasonably close to restaurants and within walking distance of the Old Town (though you'd only want to walk early morning or evening). The free bicycles were very handy. The pool was great for cooling down. I was very happy with the price.
The room was only cleaned once in the 12 nights I stayed there, which wasn't great considering ants kept coming in. When the room was cleaned, the ants were just sprayed and left there. I would stay again, but I would ask for more frequent cleaning next time. Also, note that there's no elevator and walking up the stairs in intense humidity is a bit of a slog.
Everyone very helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable, nice balcony with view. Great breakfast for extra cost, reasonable price. Nice clean pool. Housekeeper always keeping everywhere clean. Good free bicycles.
Other guests sometimes selfish. Loud phone conversation in common area at 1030pm..then leave beer can & cigarette butts. Sorry staff for other rude guests!
I had a great experience and initially I had a room on the ground floor next to the pool. On my birthday Thuy asked me if I would like to change to another room on the top floor, which was awesome!! Thuy and all the staff were really helpful, friendly and attended to anything and everything so promptly.
I moved from 2 single beds into 1 double. The room was large, bathroom was a good size and the location was a little peaceful and not to far from old town. The hotel had a good mix of foreigners and Vietnamese. Lots of local & western food options. It was really close to the rice fields.
I met the manager as I was checking out and she was really friendly and happy. I will definitely stay here again because I spend most of my time in hotels working, so it had a big desk to set my laptops and screens on.
Nice room close to the ricefields, palmtrees could be seen from the window, it was wonderful to take a morning walk there. Bathroom looked very nice
Mold on the ceiling in the bedroom, visible and smelly, the door to the room was made of milk glas which allowed for light to come in all night

La chambre était grande et nous avions un accès direct à la piscine. La piscine est grande et assez profonde. Après notre bus de nuit, nous avons pu faire un check in anticipé. Les petits déjeuners sont aussi super !

Die Lage ist großartig. Die Stadt ist leicht zu Fuß oder Fahrrad zu erreichen. Das Frühstück ist abwechslungsreich und gut. Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zur Verfügung. Zum Strand mit dem Rad kein Problem./ wir waren immer am Coconat Beach - sehr gut/ Der Pool ist sehr schön und auch gut zum Schwimmen geeignet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, auf Wünsche reagiert man schnell. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte tadellos. Die Betten sind groß, bequem und sauber. Das Badezimmer ist auch groß und geräumig. Insgesamt ist es ein kleines Hotel in ruhiger Lage und doch sehr zentral. Getränke kann man immer rund um die Uhr kaufen, die Preise sind sehr gut, nur wenige Dong mehr gegenüber dem Supermarkt. Wir verbrachten 17 Nächte dort und würden immer wieder kommen.
