Was amazing very safe and enjoyed every minute
Pros:

The staff were amazing especially Chu Van Anh who greeted us from beginning to end of stay. She was very informative and spoke really well. Very central and on the beach. Breakfast and pool facilities were great. Definately recommend

Our Guest relations officer Anh was exceptionally wonderful and helped us out arrange the registration.
Her perfect English and local knowledge for us to start was very informative.

Great location.
Pros:

Very good customer service especially the front office and porterage service.

Cons:

Smoking area at the entry to lobby needs to be cleaned more often especially during the early morning.

Staff at breakfast are a bit one paced need to clear tables faster where people are sitting at them.

Hotel à moderniser mais bien situé
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel au cœur de l’animation et en face de la plage
La gentillesse du personnel de la réception
La chambre spacieuse, confortable avec vue partielle sur la mer

Le manque de ménage dans la chambre
Le manque d’insonorisation dans les chambres
Le vacarme le matin par le personnel et les clients

Be aware of the construction site right next to it as you won’t get quiet stay
Pros:

Central location next to beach

Cons:

There is noisy construction site just one meter from your window. Constant noise from like 8 in the morning
Breakfast has huge variety but very low quality
The elevators are not enough during the peak hours
The staff was not cleaning the common spaces properly nor being trained on 5* level
The whole hotel is 3* max don’t book if you are sensitive to noise
It’s mainly used for Indian and Chinese tour groups

Not a 5 star hotel in my eyes.
Pros:

The staff were excellent. Wonderful breakfast huge variety.

Cons:

Construction on next door. Throughout the whole time.
Bathroom very tight and water from shower in bathroom. Very slippery

L'emplacement.

Cons:

Des travaux était présent à côté de l'hôtel, une vue sur une grue de la chambre. La "partial sea view" est vraiment partielle et actuellement il y a juste les travaux après les travaux il y aura un gratte-ciel donc vraiment appeler ça "sea view" c'est trompeur.

Enfin les travaux génèré beaucoup de bruit ce qui fait que ce n'était pas comfortable.

Enfin il n'y a pas d'endroit pour étendre les serviettes et pour un hôtel 5 étoile je m'attendais à ce qu'il fournissent des serviettes pour la plage qui est juste en face.

Pour le prix ça ne vaut pas le coup pour moi.

Great hotel with nice breakfast buffet and excellent spa.
Pros:

We enjoyed our 3 days stay at Rosamia Hotel. It is situated in front of the beach, many restaurants nearby, there is an atm machine on the side of the hotel, breakfast is excellent and their spa/massage service is the best.
