Superb staff, some facilities a bit dated
Pros:

The staff were amazing. Proper 5 star treatment from the moment you arrive. In particular Anh Chu who was so helpful and friendly and spoke excellent English.

Cons:

The staff didn't know how to operate the sauna properly. They said it would only take 10 minutes to heat up which I thought sounded extremely optimistic and sure enough it only got up to 60'c in that time. I tried it again the next day after leaving it more like 40 minutes and it was still only just 70'c and the staff member even came over and said they had to turn it down. Also the back of the sauna was pretty dusty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Wouldn't recommend if your deciding factor is having a good sauna. The views from the pool were pretty sick but it is mostly in the shade.

Pros:

Really like the stuff and attention to detail from them. They really took care of us and all our requests. Many thanks to Athena that made our stay a delight, helping us with contacting a laundry service, checking wether we could change rooms during our stay and even made us feel extra special since she remembered our morning coffee order. Excellent stuff, made our stay feel so unique.

Cons:

We tried the afternoon tea, and maybe we got unlucky, but the selection wasn't anything special and our fried chicken was uncooked. They apologised and replaced it though. The cocktails in the pool bar were very average, nothing special.

Pros:

対応がとても親切で良かった。
シービューを希望していたが、最初に借りた部屋がシティービューだった。しかし、ホテル側からシービューの部屋に移動することを提案していただき、希望に沿った対応でまた利用したいと思った。
アフターヌーンティーも豪華で美味しかった。

Cons:

朝食はバイキングで、食べ物を取りに行っている間にご飯が下げられていたことが残念だった。しかし、スタッフが間違えて片付けてしまった食べ物を内容は違ったけど取りに行ってくれた。

Сам отель хорош, красивый лобби с дорогой мебелью, большой номер, чисто, рядом хорошее море, удобный красивый бассейн и детская комната , фитнес . Не идеально , по вьетнамским меркам -нормально. В номере ждал фруктовый комплимент, завтрака вкусные, приятные. Приветственная открытка. Стандарты отеля 5 звезд были выдержаны. Дают полотенца для пляжа, своего частного пляжа нет, но на городском нормально.
В целом мы захотели вернуться , но!!

Cons:

«Звоночек прозвенел», когда нас не заселили вовремя , говорили, что готовят номер, когда мы вернулись спустя 2 часа, нас тоже продолжали ждать, хотя мы порочили только положить вещи и уехать на экскурсию. Самый треш начался, когда за выезд на час позже , по причине, что мы ждали их предложение о продлении, и оно нас не устроило, они начали требовать больше половины стоимости от букинга цены. И делали это навязчиво весь обед и день. Автобус наш был вечером и мы оставили вещи и часть времени были в отеле. Решили воспользоваться услугой заселения - чай и десерты. С ней так же не все хорошо обстояло. В результате они не взяли денег , но с 15-22.00 трепали нервы состояние настроение были сильно испорчены. Плюс вид на океан был боковой - и в больше степени на кран строительный - прямо перед окном.

Très bon prix pour un 5 étoiles
Pros:

Nous avions demandé une chambre calme, alors lorsque nous avons remarqué qu'il y avait des travaux sur l'une des ailes, l'hôtesse de l'accueil nous a gentiment proposé une suite (un upgrade!) avec vue sur la ville. C'était vraiment super, très grande suite super confortable. Franchement, j'ai adoré. L'emplacement est vraiment super, dans un quartier plutôt animé avec pas mal de restaurants et en face de la plage. Question propreté et équipements, franchement rien à dire. Le SPA était vraiment super aussi.

Cons:

Le sauna libre d'accès mériterait vraiment un rafraîchissement. La température ne parvient pas à monter parce qu'il y a une ouverture béante derrière et l'intérieur était sale. Il est aussi bizarrement installé, dans un lieu de passage, donc c'est super bof.

Booking.comとの連携が悪く、追加のエキストラベッドの点はが伝わっていなかった、追加ベッドはスプリング硬過ぎて寝心地悪かった、レセプションで両替や郵便の対応が無いのはとでも残念、思ったより現金重視の国なので不便

Разнообразный и вкусный завтрак, большой выбор горячих блюд, салата и фруктов. Можно добавить сэндвичи с курицей для детей. Очень приветливый персонал, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать, если есть вопросы.
Отличный бассейн с саунами. Рядом с отелем очень много улочек с ресторанами и массажными салонами.
