Pros:

My husband and I had Facial and Massage today. We called last minute and Van was very professional and was able to accommodate us. The therapists were very good and professional. Dont know where the two hours went.

Wounderful experience from the start Van, at the reception explained the options and the cost for facial and body massage. Both massages were worth it, i would recommend for international visitors to have massages as they are value for money.

Pros:

Aan 1 kant van het hotel zijn bouwwerkzaamheden. We hebben een gratis upgrade gekregen naar een mooie, stille oceanview kamer.
Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk en de meesten spreken goed Engels.
We zijn na 3 weken in Vietnam geen vriendelijkere en bekwamere receptionist tegengekomen dan de heer Vu.
Het ontbijtbuffet is erg goed.

De gym heeft genoeg barbells en dumbbells, maar nauwelijks machines.

Pros:

Rendkívül kedvesek voltak a munkatársak, különösen Athina. Számos extra ajándékkal kedveskedtek, délutáni teát ajándékoztak számunkra, a reggeli óriási választékban állt rendelkezésre, a spa részlegben még szauna is rendelkezésre áll. Minden nap takarították a szobát, cserélték a törölközőket.😊

まずはAthenaさんをはじめ、フロントスタッフの皆さんがとても丁寧なご対応で、英語の拙い私でも、安心して過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！
お部屋からの海の景色も最高です。ビーチにもすぐに遊びに行けます。内装もホテル掲載の写真通り素敵です。また朝ごはんがとても充実しています。お部屋にウェルカムフルーツも用意されていたり、本格的なアフタヌーンティーサービスもあり、リゾート気分を満喫できます。当初は2泊の予定でしたが、あまりに良かったので延泊しました。

Cons:

なにもありません。他のホテルでは時間帯によって、お湯がぬるかったり、浴槽の排水をするとバスルームから漏れてきたりというトラブルがありましたが、ここは全く問題なかったです。Wi-Fiも問題ないです。
