Enttäuschend im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels in Da Nang
Pros:

Die Lage, das Zimmer und der tolle Blick aufs Meer, das Frühstück

Cons:

Flughafen Transfer wurde uns als gratis Service angeboten, ohne zu sagen, dass es zusammen mit anderen Gästen war, so dass wir verspätet losfuhren, weil wir auf die anderen warten mussten. Lange Wartezeiten für den Aufzug, Massenabfertigung, hohe Lautstärke am Pool, links und rechts laute Baukrähne.

Still enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Location was great but breakfast could improve as it was the same food every morning we were there and that was 5 days.

Cons:

Nothing on the property but the construction happening on both sides of the hotel was quite annoying as they start around 6am

夢のような宿泊でした。
Pros:

ロケーション、ロビー、部屋、スタッフさん、全てが最高でした。天井が高く、高級感のあるロビー、ロビーから見える青い海、1日の始まりに最適なロビーの作りでした。部屋も広くて天井が高く、窓も大きくて開放感がありました。バスルームも広く、シャワーが二つにトイレが三つあり、三人で旅行していたので有り難かったです。ベッドもふかふかで、枕の高さもちょうど良く上質な睡眠を取ることができました。朝食会場も広々としており、ビーチを見ながら、優雅に朝食をいただきました。朝食はバイキング形式で、品数も多く生野菜もフルーツも新鮮で美味しかったです。また、朝食会場で提供されるラテとコーヒーがあまりにも美味しくて驚きました。本格的なコーヒーでした。さらに、インフィニティプールも最高でした。プールから見る海の景色は圧巻でした。またダナンに行く時は絶対このホテルに泊まります。

目の前がビーチの最高ホテル
Pros:

毎日変わる朝ごはんが美味しい。Wi-Fi問題なし。
ビーチが目の前で歩いて5分。ホテル外にシャワーありで、ビーチに行った場合は足を洗ってからホテルに入れる。
チェックイン、荷物預かりスムーズ。
チェックアウトは部屋確認のため5分くらい時間がかかる。
ツアー紹介は適正価格。内容も満足できるもの。
無料で1日分のアフタヌーンティープレゼントあり。
空港周辺や、次のホテルまでの送迎あり(確か何キロ内などの制限がありました)
ホテルのプールも綺麗で、海を見ながら入れる。

Cons:

フロントに絵葉書を送るサービスがないか確認したところ、ないと言われました。
エレベーターの数が少なく、毎回ちょっと待ちました。

Pros:

Top Lage, direkt an vielen guten Beach Clubs und am Strand.

Cons:

Rechts und Links Baustelle.
Direkt vor und neben dem Hotel riecht man die Kanalisation. Als würde man im Abfluss stehen.
Das Hotel hat seine besten Jahre hinter sich. Keines Falls 5 Sterne, auch nicht in Vietnam. Eher 3,5-4 Sterne.
Das Personal ist freundlich bis auf ein paar Ausnahmen.
Das selbe gilt für die Qualifikation. Leider gehört in einem 5 Sterne Hotel mehr dazu als nur freundliches Nicken.
Das Essen geschmacklich in Ordnung, aber eher Kantinen Flair.
Rooftop Bar habe ich nicht ganz verstanden, war Indisch und hatte den Anschein, dass es nicht zum Hotel gehört. Ab 21 uhr nichts los. Kartenzahlung war dort nicht möglich.
Außenbereich Meistens sehr verdreckt durch die Raucher. Das Personal ist nicht hinterhergekommen die Aschenbecher zu leeren, bzw dachte sich, wieso überhaupt wenn es nach 30 Minuten wieder so ausschaut.
Auch die Sitzgelegenheiten erinnern eher an ein 3 Sterne Hotel mit massiven Flecken und 1-3 Brandlöchern je Stuhl.
Ab 22/23 Uhr Sparmaßnahmen. Es wurden die Klimaanlagen in den Aufzügen ausgeschaltet, teilweise auch in den Fluren.
Wenn man dann vom ersten in den 21 Stock musste, war man nach 3 Stops schon am schwitzen bei den Temperaturen und Menschenmassen.
