Pros:

L hôtel est tres bien situé. Le personnel est adorable.
Nous avions formule petit déjeuner. Tres bien et varié. Le roof top est vraiment un plus.
Les chambres sont équipées de mini frigo. Et clim.

Gratidão e vontade de voltar.
Pros:

Localização e os funcionários … o resto no stress. Para que preocupar com o que não nos faz feliz. É assim que se vive em Cabo Verde, é assim em Sal Rei, é assim no Ouril, tranquilo, prestáveis, simpáticos e simples . Gratidão por esta estadia. Aprender com os locais a dar valor ao que temos e usufruir

Nel complesso, struttura con potenziale ma che necessita di interventi e maggiore attenzione al comfort degli ospiti.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel per 4 giorni e purtroppo l’esperienza è stata altalenante.

Nota positiva: la posizione, molto vicina al mare, e la colazione, che abbiamo apprezzato.

Cons:

Il problema principale è stato l’acqua calda: su 4 giorni ne abbiamo avuta solo per mezza giornata. Nonostante lo avessimo segnalato più volte, la situazione non è mai stata risolta. Dopo intere giornate tra mare e deserto, non poter fare una doccia calda è stato davvero scomodo.

La nostra camera si trovava inoltre sotto al bar/ristorante e ogni mattina venivamo svegliate molto presto da rumori forti, come sedie trascinate e altri suoni poco chiari ma decisamente fastidiosi.

Anche il bagno presenta diversi problemi: non è finestrato, la ventola non funzionava, la doccia perdeva acqua e la maniglia della porta andrebbe sostituita (siamo rimaste bloccate dentro una volta). Jacuzzi sul rooftop con acqua fredda.

Inoltre, il Wi-Fi non era stabile, rendendo difficile anche l’utilizzo base di internet.

Hôtel bien situé face à la plage et près de Sal Rei
Pros:

Son emplacement devant la plage et près de Sal Rei. Calme et roof top agréable. Personnel gentil et serviable. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon donnant sur la mer.

Cons:

La pression et la température de l’eau de la douche. Le jacuzzi froid.

Pros:

Excelente localização. Em 1 minuto estamos na praia e há um restaurante em frente ao Hotel.

Cons:

Não havia água quente..nos 3 dias que tive, não consegui apanhar água quente..nem morna se pode considerar
Pequeno-almoço fraco, nota-se alguma falta de higiene nos utensilios (a cozinha é aberta, nomeadamente nas frigideiras).
o pequeno-almoço tem mesmo muito pouca oferta.

Nahe am Zentrum von Sal Rei mit gute kleine Restaurants. Frühstück gut

Cons:

Nebenan im Restaurant bis 24:00 Musik an. Wäre ganz okay gewesen wenn nicht der Bass so tief gewesen wäre. Leider kann das Hotel nichts dafür aber an schlafen war erst danach zu denken

Das Frühstück war ok. Vor dem Hotel war eine Baustelle

Cons:

Das Bad war voller Schimmel. Die Türgriffe schmutzig. Lampenschirme haben gefehlt. Es roch im Zimmer muffig. Kopfkissen war nicht gewaschen. Wir haben Bilder und haben es bei ihnen schon gemeldet

Ideal für Urlauber die die die wahre Insel sehen wollen. Und, über alles gesehen, auch zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist generell wirklich gut!
Die Lage so nahe am Strand ist ein Traum, wenn man ein Zimmer zum Meer hat.
Auch ist alles in Sal Rei innerhalb ein paar Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen.
Die Zimmer sind gut und der kleine Balkon ein schönes Plus.
Wenn nicht gerade gerade Familien mit schlecht erzogenen Kindern dort sind, ist es auch richtig ruhig.
Die Frühstücks- und Restaurantterrasse auf dem Dach gewährt einen traumhaften Blick zum Strand.
Das Restaurant ist auch gut.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist OK und bietet für jeden etwas.
Trotz der "negativen" Punkte kann ich das Hotel empfehlen und wir werden auch wieder dort wohnen das nächste Mal!

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind schlecht gegen Schall isoliert. In der Nacht war es allerdings immer sehr ruhig!
Das Personal ist freundlich aber leider auch nicht mehr...
Ab ca 18h00 gibt es in der Regel nur noch lauwarmes Wasser zum duschen.
Oft war das Frühstücks-Buffet ab 08h00 halb leer und wurde oft nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt, oder auch nicht.
Das lag vermutlich auch daran, das viele Gäste Taschen voll mit Sandwiches mitgenommen haben zum Mittagessen.
Das ist nicht der Fehler des Hotels, aber man könnte die Gäste höflich darauf aufmerksam machen, dass das nicht geht. Den Angestellten schien es aber schlicht egal zu sein, schade.
Ich möchte diese Punkte nicht als "Gemotze" verstanden haben, sondern als Hinweis für Verbesserungen!

Nettes Hotel mit tolle Dachterasse
Pros:

Das Zimmer war groß mit einem Balkon, bequemem Bett und Klimaanlage. Auf der Dachterasse war ein Wirpool, das Wasser drin war zimlich kalt. Die Dachterasse hatte super Aussicht und ein Bar, was sehr leckere Cockails serviert hat.
Das Frühstück bestand hauptsächlich aus süßen Sachen (Kuchen, Kekse, Pfannkuchen etc.), es gab aber auch kleine Ecke mit Käse/Schinken, frischem Obst. Für jeden was..
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war der Kühlschrank zimlich laut, sodas wir den immer für die Nacht ausgeschaltet haben. Aber das ist Jammern auf hochem Niveu.
Ich würde mich über einen Wasserkocher auf dem Zimmer freuen, aber es ging auch ohne.
