Construction next door a noise issue

The tiniest detail, but I think it would be beneficial to have an extra fork for breakfast as often the starters and main course would arrive at the same time; due to not wanting the hot food to go cold, the fruit / pasties would be left until the end but by which point, the fork may be dirty with egg etc. Adding milk / creamers to the room to enjoy with tea and coffee would also be beneficial.

Room small. Nowhere to put any clothes. Small wardrobe full with ironing board and bathrobes.
Nowhere else to put them!

Room was small and has the potential to feel cramped especially for longer stays. Little in room storage. Adjacent noisy building works although this will eventually cease.

One side of the property is badly affected by the huge construction site bang up against it which was not mentioned on Booking.com and has been clearly been going on for some time. This resulted in the curtains being closed 24/7 in the main restaurant which was not pleasant and absolutely no daylight in the rooms facing it.
The Club Room is a sectioned area of the restaurant with a rather disappointing afternoon menu and chaotic service.

Unfortunately during our three night stay, two of those nights were marred by very loud music coming from a rooftop bar opposite the hotel which continued until 2:30am.
Currently there is some building work adjacent to the hotel 8:00am - 10:00pm, Monday - Saturday.

Pool area tired and not really a pleasant place to relax.

Aside from the noise from the construction of the building next door, which blocks the view and a large portion of the rooms, it's a hotel with no light, no windows, almost ridiculous rooms (if you have two suitcases, you have to put one in the bathroom or you can't move) with no windows, and bathrooms with no windows. But the unthinkable thing is the temperature inside the hotel. Everyone coughs, everyone is cold (including the staff), but no one does anything. What's the point? What's the point if it's 25°C outside and raining? Maybe to store jam? At those prices, it's unacceptable...

Room 103 was not acceptable for the experience we were seeking. The room is positioned at the end of the coridor to which the staff use to enter and exit the hotel. loud and the constant shutting of doors, detracted from the experience we received. i've never stay in the room again, let alone ajoining rooms 101 or 102, as it would be the same.
