They need aproper manager

Cons:

Cleanliness, double room with two persons,with exhorbitant price ,they gave one brush, no slippers,one water bottle ,and frequent power failures, coffee kettle was there but not enough sugar,powder . Everything utterly hopeless. Towels ,bed spreads were disgusting, they have swimming pool photo on but no swimming pool

Nothing. right from room,service,staff everything not worth the money

Cons:

when we checked in there was a dog barking inside opposite room.we were shifted to a room with two single beds though we had a child of 5 years.reception staff was disconnecting calls when we wanted to connect with room service.in bathroom there was no separate enclosed area for bath.entire bathroom was wet and slippery.only one bisleri water bottle provided and extra charged at Rs 40

My stay was terrible because the dining area was dirty, the room smelled like cigarettes
Cons:

When we called the staff to inform them that we were running late, they said that in order to keep the reservation, we had to pay immediately. Since I wasn’t able to do so—which was explained multiple times—they simply didn’t understand.
