Incredibly Stylish and Comfortable in Perfect Location
Pros:

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at in my life. The staff is lovely and kind, the rooms are comfortable, stylish and clean with incredible views of Matterhorn (and a great balcony), absolutely amazing spa facilities (multiple saunas, jacuzzi, etc), and phenomenal food, particularly for breakfast. Not only that but you are seconds away from the ski lift and there are individual storage lockers for you to keep your ski gear (including boot warmers) so you don’t have to keep it in your room. Additionally, they have a shuttle to pick you up from the train station so you don’t have to walk with your luggage. My favorite part was that it had such a local and home-y feel unlike the big hotel chains. I stayed for a week and wish I could stay for longer. I will most definitely return.

It’s, for sure, one of the places to stay in Zermatt
Pros:

The property is like a boutique hotel, amazingly located and very close to one of the main lifts.
Rooms were nice and spacious with balcony facing the mystic Matterhorn.
The staff were always pleasant and helpful and the breakfast is very good.

Cons:

Gym could be better and the sauna more humid!

Lovely hotel with a great breakfast in a perfect location.
