Adequate accommodation but restaurant needs to be open due to lack of available eateries
Pros:

Clean accommodation and allowed us to park our bikes in the barn out of sight for extra safety.
Friendly staff although minimal english managed to understand our minimal Italian and was helpful after a small accident slipping on a wet floor 😬

Cons:

No restaurant available on arrival which required a 10 mins walk into town where unfortunately nothing was open before 8pm.

Good Pitstop Option
Pros:

As a stopping point on a long drive from near Brindisi to Monaco di Baviera, this was a "oh its cheap" decision but turns out to be an excellent unassuming and practical decision.
Local Pizza was great - cheap but well done and fueling up options good.

Escaping the heatwave
Pros:

Being a ground floor room it gave easy access to store my bike securely in my room. The room itself was really spacious and the shower was great. The fridge meant that I could cool my bidons for the next day. It was also a very quiet location.

Cons:

Nothing.

Pros:

Prenotato domenica tramite il sito di Expedia, arrivato come da prenotazione martedì pomeriggio alla struttura e non risultava nessuna prenotazione, anzi meglio, mi è stato detto che non accettano da tempo prenotazioni da Expedia.
Naturalmente non avevano camere disponibili e ho dovuto prenotare al volo un'altra struttura per evitare di dormire in auto in un parcheggio.

Doccia lunga e stretta con tenda, ma il soffione posto sopra al rubinetto piuttosto importante, è davvero scomodo

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe der Autobahnanschlussstelle. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer ist geräumig und passable ausgestattet, die Möbel waren jedoch schon ziemlich abgewohnt aber noch ok. Das Frühstück war landestypisch und auch wenn es nicht riesig war, so hatte man doch noch Auswahl. Für einen Zwischenstopp ist das Hotel geeignet.

struttura carina e moderna comoda da raggiungere dall'autostrada. si trova vicino alla strada ma molto silenziosa. stanza grande ed accogliente con letto molto comodo. buona anche la colazione. ottima per un punto appoggio sia di lavoro che per visita della zona. per dire un punto negativo la mancanza dell'ascensore per il primo piano per i bagagli, capisco in quanto vi è solo un primo piano.

Not an hotel atmosphere, not sidewalk to go.
Just for sleep and go on.
Maybe because there are no other hotels around..
The reception was good quick smile and the room is clean and sufficient.

Perfect home from home
Pros:

I stayed here because I was working nearby. The hotel was clean comfortable and the staff were exceptionally friendly. My room was quite large, quiet and air conditioned and had a fridge and excellent free Wifi. The bathroom had a full complement of free shampoo, soaps, shoe cleaners and even disposable razors.
Breakfast was simple but nicely presented and whilst fairly basic, the selection of pastries were beautiful.
For anyone with a car, this would be a terrific base for working or visiting Mantova or the nearby outlet village.
