Blanc Smith Residence

This I a very nice place to stay at when one wants to visit Angkor Wat. The temple areas are about 35 min drive from the hotel. Ask for a room with a dormer window, these are particularly nice. There is a relatively small pool, often crowded, however. The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious dishes were offered. Can most honestly recommend the Blanc Smith Hotel in Siem Reap.

I booked a room here for five nights. It was supposed to be a room with a king bed and balcony. Discovered checking in there is no elevator and had to drag a large suitcase up several flights of stairs. Arrive at room to discover a double bed with a tiny balcony facing a building a few feet away. Complained and after a sleepless night moved to another floor. The new room had a somewhat larger bed and no balcony. Purchased a breakfast package when I booked. It was a total joke.The menu is set. After being served on third day an ice cold (not lukewarm) eggs 1 strip of thin bacon a one inch piece of sausage we just left. The ten dollar U.S cost buys a great meal anywhere in Siem Reap. Although they refill two bottles of water in your room daily it is decanted from a large jug when cleaning the room. I didn't trust it.Western tv channels were not available. It is directly across the road from the Hard Rock Cafe bring earplugs.The staff here are really nice .

Vi har aldrig følt os så velkomne på et hotel som her. Selve hotellet er super fint med swimmingpool, skøn restaurant med lækker mad til gode priser og en utrolig velfungerende og serviceminded service drak. Alt personale er SÅ søde, smilende, hjælpsomme og kommunikerende. Hotellet har en meget central og fin beliggenhed. Vi har kun det allerbedste at sige om dette hotel og ikke mindst personalet. Vi vil helt sikkert bo her igen når vi kommer til Cambodia igen.

Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast with a great choice. Very comfy bed. Excellent location. Hotel private airport transport was excellent.

清潔で部屋も広く、毎日同じ丁寧に清掃もしてくれ、快適に過ごせました。
窓を閉めても、ハードロックカフェのライブの音が遅くまできこえてきます。
スタッフはとても丁寧に対応してくれました。
街にも移籍にも近く、立地条件に文句なしです。

Great location within walking distance of everything you need.
The hotel & the room were immaculate, bed was very comfortable & a great shower with plenty of pressure. Great view of the city streets from our balcony. Delicious breakfast every morning.
The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
We will definitely be staying there again next year.

We got a large room and very comfortable, the hotel located in the heart of Siem Reap
downtown and just a few steps walking to Old Market and Pub Street, there's a lot of restaurant, bar, cafe, grocery nearby....the staff really great...arranged angkor wat package tour and private taxi for us

Hotel is in a great location, close to pub street. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly.

The staff was outgoing and kind. The shuttles service and Temple transportation was well worth the no hassle approach. Pool was quiet and private.

Lovely hotel just a 2 minutes walk from Riverside night market and 5 minutes walk from Pub Street. The hotel is also right next door to a grocery store and across the street from a Hard Rock Cafe. The room was very large and comfortable, and it has the most amazing ceiling fan which reduced the need for the AC at night. There is no elevator at the property but someone was able to bring our bags to the room at check in. We just carried them down ourselves when checking out.

An elevator would have been nice, going up and down the stairs was getting on my nerves.

Wonderful location in centre of Siem Reap. Clean, cosy room with balcony. Courteous staff. Restaurant on-site, but we ate at some of the many places nearby. Easy access to Night market, Main market, Pub Street, Was Preah From Rath, etc.

It is perfect place someone what to stay in Siem Reap. Everything ( restaurant / Pub street in walking distance) .

Hard Rock Cafe is opposite and you can hear loud music till late night .

A beautiful hotel in close proximity to Pub Street. It’s conveniently located with numerous shops, restaurants and street food vendors all within walking distance by the river. My room was nice and I had a balcony overlooking the street. The bed and pillows were very soft, comfortable and so lux. Even though there is no elevator and the bars across the street played music until whenever time, I was still able to get some much needed rest but others might find it quite bothersome. Their restaurant is very convenient downstairs for a quick bite or Khmer coffee and they offer daily breakfast that includes a variety that range from Western food to delicious local Khmer dishes. I had an early sunrise tour one day and they even packaged it for me for take away at 4 am. All of the hotel staff are very accommodating with warm, generous and kind smiles left an everlasting impression on me. There was a small outdoor pool that I did not get to enjoy while I was there but it did look very inviting. The hotel does not offer laundry service but there were plenty of locals within the block offering their services and it was very affordable. I had a very memorable time staying here in Siem Reap and I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for an affordable accommodation that will satisfy your requirements. I felt quite happy and safe staying here. I will definitely return again someday.

We loved our stay here! It is in a really good location, walking distance to some key attractions in Siem Reap. There is a mini mart right next door which became super handy!
Plus, the staff were super lovely and helpful! Rooms were a good size and very clean. I very highly recommend Blanc Smith Residence!
