Pros:

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der Ferienwohnung und haben nichts vermisst. Der Parkplatz ist ein absoluter Pluspunkt und die Vermieter sehr nett.

Cons:

Leider wurde das Wasser nicht richtig warm in der Dusche und es war nicht so sauber wie beim ersten Mal. Bonbons Papier in den Schubladen und abgelaufenes Wasser.

Großzügige Wohnung mit Potenzial
Pros:

Große, gut geschnittene Wohnung mit schönem Balkon und schönem Ausblick, Verdunkelungsrollos und gesichertem Parkplatz. Gute Busanbindung, die 4 und die 14 fahren häufig und zuverlässig. Für einen Städtetrip ist die Lage gut geeignet. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus, war jederzeit ansprechbar, sehr freundlich und bemüht, die aufgetretenen Probleme waren ihr sehr unangenehm und sie hat sich mehrfach entschuldigt.

In der Nähe empfehlen wir das Restraurant Diltheyhaus, gutbürgerliche Küche, 6 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.

Insgesamt eine Unterkunft mit Potenzial – mit etwas besserer Organisation und Sorgfalt wäre der Aufenthalt deutlich angenehmer.

Cons:

Der Aufenthalt war von einigen z.T. organisatorischen Punkten begleitet: Zugangsinformationen (Schlüsselkasten, Tor zum Gelände/Fernbedienung) kamen erst sehr kurz vor der Anreise (14.30 Uhr) bzw. auf Nachfrage, ebenso fehlten Hinweise in der Wohnung (z. B. Müllentsorgung, TV-Nutzung). Hier wäre eine kurze schriftliche Anleitung dauerhaft hinterlegt sehr hilfreich.
Während unseres Aufenthalts trat ein Ameisenbefall im Bad und Schlafzimmer auf – vermutlich Pech, jedoch bestand das Problem trotz Maßnahmen weiter und konnte nicht nachhaltig gelöst werden, was den Aufenthalt natürlich eingeschränkt hat.
Die Ausstattung ist insgesamt in Ordnung und zweckmäßig (u. a. Filterkaffeemaschine und Wasserkocher vorhanden), jedoch mit kleineren Lücken (z. B. fehlender Korkenzieher, Eierbecher). Es würde etwas einladender wirken, wenn es ein paar Bücher oder Spiele gäbe, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Teilweise war Geschirr bzw. das Spülmaschinensieb nicht sauber. Der Spiegel im oberen Bad ist zudem praktisch nicht nutzbar. Hier haben schon andere Rezensionen drauf hingewiesen. Bitte verstellbaren Kosmetikspiegel an der Seitenwand installieren und/ oder den Spiegel um 90 Grad drehen und tiefer aufhängen.
Zu beachten: Kein Aufzug vorhanden, mehrere Treppen bis in die oberen Appartements. Zudem fehlt an der Treppe zu den oberen Schlafzimmern ein Geländer, was insbesondere für Kinder oder ältere Personen problematisch sein kann. Das Haus liegt außerdem an einer stark befahrenen Straße (bei geöffnetem Fenster entsprechend laut), 2 der drei Schlafzimmer liegen zur Straße hin.

It was great! I would stay here again
Pros:

This was very well located! It’s on the main road I had difficulty finding out but because it was very dark so you need to slow down ahead of time. Parking was great. Full equipped kitchen which was great especially having a toddler. Felt very safe

The bed was too soft and had no support. You literally sink in probably from wear and tear but def time for them to upgrade the mattress

Pros:

Very clean and spacious home for a family. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the view from the balcony off the living room was beautiful. Great location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Pros:

Sehr schön eingerichtet. Küchen Ausstattung war beste bis jetzt ich gesehen habe. Allgemein sehr angenehme Wohnung. Bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten

Por solo decir algo, falto mas papel higiénico solamente habia 1 rollo ya usado pero realmente no afecta para nada a una buena experiencia
