Pros:

One of my best hotel experiences ever, in terms of guest services. The staff went out of their way to take care of guests. The location is also unbeatable, within a few minutes of the Dubai Mall and access to lots of places of interest .

I had a beautiful stay with movenpick hotel and apartments, thanks to Ahmed and Maria for the room service they did an amazing job. Breakfast was also good, the staff were amazing and always very polite and nice.

Excellent hotel. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment which was super spacious. So close to Dubai Mall which is amazing and the Burj. An awesome supermarket just inside the Mall entry to grab dinner to go or groceries. Irish Murphys pub close by for a good burger and alcohol if that’s what you are looking for. No alcohol served at the Mall restaurants

Every thing is excellent except the bath tube is quite dirty. Very convenient location 5 minutes to Dubai Mall, with good foods at reasonable prices

So close to Dubai Mall and burj khalifa. Walkable distance made it so easy for us to enjoy the downtown Dubai area. Explored the area everyday. The interior of the hotel was very good and the rooms very very specious.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my family (husband, mother in law and 2 kids). I have booked 2 bedroom apartment, which is very spacious, clean, and everything you need is inside the room. each bedroom with its own bathroom, and there is an extra washroom outside.
The washing machine is great! we can wash & dry our clothes.
We can have our dinner / night snack around the table with 5 seats and utensils.
Staying in here just feel like home! Two supermarkets just downstairs, you can just get anything you wants. What'smore and in a surprise that is, you just need to cross a road and you will reach dubai mall in a minute!!

Everyday, we enjoyed our breakfast in M floor. Although it seems not much choice for the breakfast buffet area, it did include everything you need for an all day breakfast and more!! What's more, don't forget to order your breakfast main dish (e.g. avacado sandwich, indian bread with curry, Eggs Benedict).
The staff in the restaurant is very nice & helpful, special thanks to Khin, Isuru and Mitch (i am not sure if i spell her name right), they sincerely introduced different types of breakfast to me, so that i could nearly try them all during my stays.
Housekeeping team is also very considerate!! We didn't ask, but they noticed that we travelled with young kids, they have arranged the 2 double bed joined together, so that we have a gaint bed to sleep for 3.

I will definitely recommend to my friends and book again here when i travel to Dubai in the future.
