If I’m not mistaken, the receptionist, Mr. Nimna, was especially kind, welcoming, and provided a very quick and smooth check-in. The restaurant staff were also helpful and attentive. The food was delicious, and we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!

Cons:

The only issues we experienced were that the room air conditioning was not working properly and the temperature did not go below 27°C. Also, it would be great if the hotel could provide a kids’ menu. The breakfast buffet closing time of 9:00 AM is a little early, so extending it until at least 10:00 AM would be more convenient for guests, especially families.

Alright for a layover
Pros:

It is close to the airport and easy to get there which is what we needed.

Cons:

We were travelling with our 1 year old child and I have requested a crib, which is mentioned in the description of the place. When we arrived we found out that the hotel does not have any cribs, so the staff improvised and made us a separate bed out of an armchair and extra pillows. After asking for a room on the ground floor during the booking process, because of luggage and baby stroller, we were provided with a room on the 3rd floor and the place does not have an elevator.
We did see a rat on the grounds as well.
