The worst hotel I ever have so far, this place you can't even call an accommodation or a hotel, it isn't worth any penny or any lira that's why when reserved it said Non-refundable, if there's a tourism board responsible they have to shutdown this place or similar ones, I wonder how they advertised thru Hotels.com!

The worst hotel experience I’ve had in the past twenty years.

We booked a room specifically for our family of five, expecting one king bed and three twin beds as clearly stated in our reservation. Instead, we were given a cramped room with only one queen bed and a single twin bed—completely unacceptable for five people.

There were not enough blankets, and we had to request basic items that should have been standard, such as an iron and essential toiletries. The room was missing even the most basic hotel amenities you’d expect anywhere.

The lack of preparedness and disregard for guest comfort was shocking. This was not just a mistake—it was a complete failure in service and hospitality.

I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, especially families. Save yourself the disappointment and book elsewhere.

The hotel has a lift which is a bonus. My room was on the 7th floor, although the area is busy due to the height it was relatively quiet. (Except for the one seagull that decided to shout his loudest on occasion) The room was a decent size for me. The room is in good shape and the cleaner comes eveeyday, lovely woman.
The bathroom is good with a good size shower ,but there does seem to be some water pressure problems Not with the shower but the bidet. It does work but could be better.
There is no kettle in the room.
Breakfast is buffet style...simple and adequate.
The staff are exceptional. The area around may be a little offputting to some...it's busy with a lot of hard working people. However I have no problem with it.

De badkamer was niet in heel goede staat, de kamer was verder prima.

Friendly greeting, awesome staff, and new and real comfortable room, enjoyed the atmosphere here, and location perfect for accessing metro, ferry, light rail and good part of city Thank you

Essensauswahl vielleicht bischen mehr anbieten.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war etwas mager. Hätte besser sein können. Ansonsten für den Preis geht das in Ordnung

Need to be more clean also provide tea facilities

The hotel was difficult to find initially being in a souk area but still central , rooms quite big and inexpensive to rent.
Breakfasts basic, the mosque callings were very early in morning.

I don’t recommend it to anyone.i did arrive late in the hotel, room is smelling bad, fridge is empty not even bottle of water. Very bad service.

Overnight stay in the city center close to everything
Staff are vary friendly and helpful
Average hotel with low cost.
