有惊喜有失望
Pros:

capella的餐饮尤其是自助早餐无论在上海和三亚都令人印象深刻。泳池边的收费小屋非常喜欢，设计及温馨程度甚至超过客房。有两个遗憾的点：1.作为一个广东人，到了海南，在中餐厅里却基本都是粤菜，希望菜单可以多元化。2.入住时工作人员友好且快速的帮忙办理了延迟退房，但在退房当天2点后因房卡时效无法进入房间，电话联系了酒店前台后15-20分钟都没人过来解决并且我需要一只站在门口等待，是偶然路过的清洁工帮忙开的门。这一点在整个旅程的最后会让人多少有些不愉快。但总的来说有惊喜也有有失望，总体还是很推荐的。

Pros:

Capella Sanya is ultraluxury hotel in the island. All of the staff were kind and very helpful. The room was awesome and very modern . Breakfast and dinner buffet were faboulus. We have travelled a lot, but Capella Sanya is one of the best.
