Cleanliness. Food on the floor. Linens stained. Didn’t stay there. It was the filthiest room I had ever seen. They offered to move us to another room, but it was already obvious that they did not take pride in their property

Filthy dirty bathroom no towels , no toilet paper broken lights , food left in refrigerator from who knows how long , red and black stains on floor, no working phone or clock and stained bed sheets. Property staff said room was clean and all ready for check in. Filthy room

Pros:

Phone didn't work , red and black stains on carpet, lights in bathroom didn't work , desk top light didn't work, water sound from boiler heard through walks all night long, food crumbs in bathroom floor, grout between tiles all coming up in bathroom and hallway. Very dirty unfit room .

Staff were very nice and helpful when I wanted to change rooms because mine hadn’t been cleaned.

Cons:

The whole property is very dirty and run down. The first room is was booked into had so many stains on the bedding, the side table hadn’t been wiped down and was sticky and gross and the bathroom was shocking. There was also food around the bed on the floor, no one had hoovered. The second room I was in was significantly cleaner but there was still sticky residue on the headboard and the carpet needed a hoover. The windows were streaky with finger prints and Just overall felt uncomfortable and gross.
