Pros:

Breakfast was good, however some items were depleted when we arrived.

Cons:

The room wasn't very clean. Hairs in the shower and bathroom floor. There was a big stain on the carpet. Carpet throughout the facility was faded and worn.

It was good for the price. I would stay if there was no other option next time.

The water pressure was low. The ice machine on the 4th floor wasn't working. When telling them the reply was they won't let us replace it.

Drunk man cussing at kids by the pool, than fell asleep outside next to the pool, and was never removed ,to top it off, maids knocking on our doors way before checkout,

Cons:

Arrived to property, was told since I did not check in and just "showed up," Our room was no longer available. I told him I had reserved the room online in advance and had never had to check in prior to arriving. He then said the room was given away because my card on file had declined. When checked bank there were 2 pending charges from them. One charge went through and 4 weeks later I have yet to get a refund.

Cons:

The bathroom wasn't sufficiently clean. The pillows were horrible. The cable service wasn't working so we were unable to watch the TV. The carpet in the hallways were filthy and needed replacement. We will not be staying here again.
