The hotel was only a mile from the lovely downtown area of Brighton and the restaurants.
The hotel has free laundry, along with a cabinet of supplies (like crock pots, etc) that can be borrowed during your stay.
The bed was comfortable.
The staff is very nice and friendly. The lady who checked us in was extra helpful.
The hotel was full, yet it was very quiet, which we appreciated very much.
Overall the rooms and bathrooms are dated. The bathroom needs a deep clean and remodel.

Nice size room with extra seating so you didn't have to sit on the bed ,quiet ,comfortable,the coffee was very good, didn't get to try the pool so not sure how that was
The water wasn't very hot in the evening but was in the morning in the shower not sure if they had breakfast or not ,other than that just not having enough time to stay and enjoy it
