The staff and cleanliness were excellent, but the girl at the reception truly stood out. Her warm smile and kindness made our stay feel special. I didn’t catch her name (second shift), but she deserves real recognition. Well done.

The place was very clean but not welcoming. I really enjoyed my stay.

Cons:

I booked my stay with the price shown in euros. Funny enough, when I arrived, the receptionist explained that the euro price wasn’t actually in euros, but in lek. So, they kindly converted my euros back into lek and asked me to pay extra. Brilliant system advertise in euros, charge in lek, and make the guest cover the difference. Truly a masterclass in hospitality accounting.
