On the positive side, there was a very affordable Penny grocery store nearby. Another plus was the proximity of the metro station, just a few hundred metres away. The hotel was calm and quiet to sleep in.

Cons:

There were ants on the floor — just a small piece of crisp dropped on the floor for a day was enough to attract them.

We had to ask for more toilet paper, as only one roll had been provided in the room.

At breakfast, knives weren't available in a separate container; instead, each guest had just one knife at their table. The waiters tried to collect the knives whenever a guest went to get more bread. We took knives from the neighbouring tables, and the waiters didn't notice to bring any knives at all to the new guests who arrived to these tables.

There was also no napkin holder at breakfast. Each guest is given just one napkin and has to wipe their hands on their own tissues for the rest.

Struttura splendida! Facile da raggiungere e strategia per me che ho girato a piedi per tutta Roma, c'è anche la metro nei paraggi.
staff cordiale e sempre disponibili con la reception attiva h24.
Ho usufruito anche del parcheggio interno,a pagamento, ma estremamente comodo e ho potuto girare senza il pensiero di avere la macchina parcheggiata chissà dove.
Soddisfatta e sicuramente se avrò occasione alloggerò nuovamente presto l'hotel San Giovanni.
