Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were accommodating. The hotel is in a safe location and close to public transport to get closer to the centre.

Cons:

The room was very warm and the cooling could not be switched on. I had to sleep with the window open which was not ideal, noting loud noises and lack of privacy as the curtain doesn't cover the window properly when it is open.

Good value for money, private parking lot which is great in Rome
Pros:

We booked it as it had a parking for a van and it was relatively close to the metro.

Cons:

I specificaly told them I’m coming with a van, and on arrival, the staff had no clue I’m coming, that I need parking or anything. On reception I was told they don’t think the van will fit and that I was supposed to emphasise that on booking. Once I showed them the messages from booking, they were surprised, but went on to fix the solution immediately. Before booking, if you have special requests, make sure you emphasise it as much as possible. Staff did a great job fitting the van so at the end all good. Just unnecessary awkward situation due to lack of internal communication. The reception should have been informed properly by the booking staff. An idea to implement to increase the level of already a good hotel.
