スタッフさんの笑顔。特に食事処のあずさの皆さんは、明るく元気で好感がもてました。朝食も個人的には３店舗の中で１番良かった。信州の野菜をたくさん頂き元気になりました。味付けも好みでした。

兎に角設備が古い。喫煙ルームに泊まったが、兎に角タバコ臭い！エレガントを降りると、廊下にいても、すでにタバコ臭い。TVはあるが、湯わかしもない。
