Pros:

お風呂が23時間も利用できる。
浴槽の清掃時間は早朝4時〜5時で、その間だけお風呂を利用出来ません。言い換えれば、23時間いつでもお風呂に入れます。

食事の出来る店舗もあるし売店もあります。全てチェックイン時に渡されるバーコード付きの部屋キーで精算できるので、チェックアウト時まで現金不要です。

全館を裸足で歩けるよう厚めのカーペット地で完備されており、24時間四六時中ロボットクリーナーが床掃除をしていて清潔&安心です。

Cons:

地元での人気が高いのか駐車場はいつもホボ満杯です。また塩尻北インターからとても近い位置にありますが、細い道路を曲がりくねってたどり着かねばなりません。

Pros:

It’s ok despite facilities are a bit dated. I love public spa things.

Cons:

1. We stayed 3 nights but no cleaning services which it didn’t mentioned by staff…
2. In public spa, ladies staff are hanging around in the room. And they often come near the customers, I don’t feel comfortable for that. It’s better to change men’s staff.

Onsen was nice

Cons:

Bad location - far from town with 15-20 minute walk from nearest train station in the rain with bags. Small cramped room: no closet, one foot step up from the room floor to the bathroom. Facility was basically a public onsen with attached hotel. Nobody spoke English and no English information or instructions were available. Finally, hotel never replied to messages sent via Booking.com.
