According to the plan we had made with you about this hotel, our check-in time was supposed to be 11 pm. We were at the hotel with our family at 10 pm. We rang the hotel doorbell many times, but unfortunately no one opened the hotel door. No one answered the hotel phone number that was listed in the hotel reservation several times. A family staying at the hotel opened the door for us and we tried to find the key together, but unfortunately we couldn't find it. This family was also worried about us.
In the end, we slept in a private car with our family that night. When we went to the hotel in the morning, they said that there was a mistake and apologized and asked us to accept the second night in a good room with air conditioning and for free. I also accepted and it was agreed that we would sleep the second night in a family room with air conditioning and for free because of the mistake they had made, as they said, they wanted to do us a favor. Unfortunately, the second night they gave us a room that had no air conditioning and was only enough for two people
and only had two beds. I was very upset. We were forced to sleep with our family in the same small and hot room because it was midnight and everywhere was closed. No matter how hard I tried to call, no one answered the phone like the night before.
When they said again in the morning that they were sorry, another mistake had occurred.
In our opinion, it was not a mistake, but a planned harassment for my family.
That is why I wanted to call the German police, but I said it would be better to discuss the matter with you, my dears, first,

Einen Urlaub wert!!
Pros:

Sehr herzlichen Empfang von den Gastgebern. Perfekte Bike Garage und Lademöglickeit. Abendessen und Frühstück sehr gut. Wir waren leider nur eine Nacht da aber planen einen Urlaub!
