wunderbar, herzlich und gemütlich
Pros:

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und herzlich begrüßt, alles war auch sehr kinderfreundlich. Unser Zimmer war wunderbar - geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hell, sauber. Einfach perfekt. Das Frühstück war auch sehr gut und entspannt, wir werden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Pros:

The room is good size , comfortable bed and good bathroom.
Great location, short walk to old town.

Cons:

The room doesn't have a kettle, and staff is not there afternoon and evening , so there is no chance to make a cap of tea

Un séjour vraiment agréable dans cet établissement.

La literie est très confortable, on s'y repose parfaitement. L'hôtel est impeccablement tenu et bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c'est le personnel qui est attentionné, souriant et aux petits soins. On repart avec l'envie de revenir.

Wonderful experience
Pros:

Stayed 2 nights here recently. Wonderful hotel. Location excellent, quiet residential area - 2 minutes to centre of Gengenbach. The bedroom was clean and tidy with plenty if storage. The bathroom, although a little small, was very clean well equipped.
Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially the lady who runs and organises the breakfast.
There was plenty of choice for breakfast, including freshly cooked eggs if your choice and items were constantly being replenished. The breakfast room is a little small for everyone who stays there and things can get a bit chaotic at times, but the staff work hard to accommodate everyone.

Will definitely come back to stay.
