Tokyo fun
Pros:

Very good location of the bus line. Very clean hotel with a great hot springs pool on the second floor. Front desk has coffee and tea. Needs were comfortable.

まぁ概ね満足です。
Pros:

豊洲駅からは距離がありますが、東京駅から都バス利用ならホテル前に停まるのでとても良かったです。もちろん帰りも同じでホテルのシャトルバスよりも東京駅なら都バス利用が便利です。

Cons:

冷蔵庫がめっちゃ狭く　その他の　例えばクローゼットなども本当に必要最小限で2人での宿泊でかなり狭く感じてしまいました。

トイレバスは神👼🏻
Pros:

昨年も宿泊したんですが、トイレバス別で値段がそこまで高くなく、部屋も清潔でとても良かった！
車で来たんですが駐車場を予約してなくて、当日聞いたらキャンセルが入り1枠だけ空いていてそこに良ければ駐車してくださいって言ってくださりとても嬉しかった。

Pros:

2人で泊まったが、別々のチェックインでも快く対応してくれた。

浴場の更衣室の床がベタベタしたのと

Cons:

大浴場が換気悪くて暑すぎた。
大浴場までの廊下が改装してるのを知らされて無い上に狭かった。
お風呂に行く荷物入れが欲しかった。

Pros:

It was my second time staying here - lovely hotel, friendly staff and in a slightly quieter area vs the hustle and bustle of the more touristy areas in Tokyo. Due to this reason, you may have to factor in more travel time but it’s fairly well connected to the metro stations. There’s also a 24-hr supermarket right opposite and a 7-Eleven downstairs from the hotel so very convenient! It’s also close to Teamlabs and Toyosu Fish Market if those are on your lists!
