良かったです。
Pros:

清潔で快適でした。大浴場もあり良かったです。

Cons:

部屋に冷蔵庫がなく水やお酒を冷やすことができなかったのが残念でした。

Pros:

有明でのイベントの為に宿泊したので立地がとても良かったです。
あとモーニングのスタッフの方々。インバウンドの方々が多数で、落としたお椀をそのまま元に戻して新しいのを取ったり手で取ったパンを元に戻したのを見たのですが、日本人スタッフの方がちゃんと対応してくださってて安心しました。外国の方だと食の衛生に対する考え方が違う場合が多いので、、、。
大浴場もタイミングを測って行けば混み合うことなく気持ちよく入浴できますし、宿泊料金(申し訳ないくらいお安かった)以上に満足でした。
また機会があったら宿泊したいと思いました。

Cons:

クレンジングと化粧水を申請でいいのでチェックイン時にでもいただけると嬉しいなと思いました。

Nice hotel and bed, so-so staff.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable and the lobby was nice. The female staff in the morning and during the day time was very kind.

Cons:

Some hair was left in my shower and the male staff on duty in the evening wasn’t very cordial.

良いとこ悪いとこ
Pros:

外国の従業員さんでしたが、日本語の会話もスムーズに出来ました。チェックアウトする前に荷物も預かってもらえて、安心して旅行が出来ました。

Cons:

　最寄り駅の豊洲駅は歩くと、遠くはないが近くもない感じでした。ホテルのバスは朝と夜だけだったので使えませんでした。
　部屋に歯ブラシと髭剃りが無かったが、一階に置いてありました。帰るときに気付きました。

部屋、トイレ、浴槽、大浴場と細かい所まで綺麗で清潔感があり良い印象をおぼえた。

エレベーター使用時にルームカードを使用等、セキュリティに安心感があった。
