Cons:

1. The room wasn’t ready when I arrived. I was offered a less class room on the roof with the only window in the ceiling, no hot water, no wifi, broken furniture. Only when I requested the room to be changed, it was done next day. I would like refund for the first night
2. The view from terrace- there is no view of the lake because there is a building in front of the hotel. The view of the garden - no such view, there is a view of other roofs
3. No kettle in the room, the fridge is semi working
4. Everything is of not fresh quality

Convenient for the money
Pros:

Good location. Close to the event

Cons:

Some utilities, like a wall plug were damaged. Shower utility was partly damaged. When arrived, nobody at the Reception and we had to wait several minutes

Pros:

Зупинились з дітками на ніч, як для транзиту нам було дуже ок 👌🏼
Ми переплутали і проплатили на букінг іншу дату заїзду, але адміністраторка не дивлячись на супер пізній час без проблем перенесла оплату і заселила нас. Все було добре, єдине що не працював фен, добре що був свій.
