Peaceful and good value for money
Pros:

It was peaceful and easy to get around from. Good value for money

Cons:

The bar area and dining room never had anyone around , we ordered some cocktails during happy hour , when we went to order more we were told no as the gentleman said he was sweeping.
I feel if they had someone in the bar area people would order more food and drinks .

One night we couldn’t sleep as the noise from above our villa was so loud it sounded like people moving the furniture around on the tile floor and banging, when I asked a young man who was staying above he said no one it was him cleaning all night till 11.30pm
Perhaps the staff could clean the rooms during the day and sweep after 7am .
Laundry prices are high compared to other places.
No shuttle so need to organise your transport to get into centre of Ubud

Overall we did enjoy our stay apart from these couple of issues it would have been perfect .

Pros:

The staff was amazing, we had the best time in Ketut's Place. Breakfast was healthy and delicious, the pool was warm and the scenery breathtaking. The room was cleaned every day, I have no complaints. Only a short grab ride or a nice walk from the Ubud markets. If you like a calm and quiet environment, this hotel is for you

Excellent room, great location & lovely staff!
Pros:

The Villa we stayed in was stunning, the design was like nothing else I’ve ever stayed in. The staff were excellent and organised us an early check-in, loved the breakfast being delivered to the room.

I would definitely come back here!
Pros:

I was so happy and so comfortable in the villa I didn’t want to leave! Staff is great, property is amazing!

Aanrader in Ubud!
Pros:

Personeel was uiterst vriendelijk, veel faciliteiten. Spa, een ontbijt, lunch en diner kon allemaal. Bij excursies vroeg in de ochtend werd er een ontbijt box meegegeven.

Cons:

Geen enkele op of aanmerkingen! Zeer aangenaam verblijf.

Bardzo dobre jedzenie i wspaniały personel. Miejsce z pięknym klimatem

Cons:

Powinno się zwrócić uwagę na stare pajęczyny w oknach w środku. Pościel jest poszarzała i przyda się wymiana, podobnie jak WC i prysznic.

I enjoyed everything the place offered including the Balinese breakfast!
Pros:

The authenticity of the palace dated back to 1640! The whole atmosphere reflected peace and serenity.

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt in Ubud!
Pros:

Geräumige und große Zimmer, gut gelegen - sehr zentral und dennoch im Grünen. Sehr freundliches Personal und tolles Frühstück!
