Service form the staff, really clean hotel, great massages at the hotel.
Tres bel hotel, authentique (style Balinais) et vue plongeante sur la jungle depuis la piscine et la salle du petit dejeuner.
La chambre qui nous a ete attribuée a notre arrivee etait bruyante et vétuste. Suite a notre demande, une autre chambre nous a ete affectee de maniere tres comprehensive et aimable.
The grounds look just like the pictures. We had a Royal Villa and it was pretty.
The let down was comfort. Mattress, linens, pillows, and towels were all poor quality as was the soap and shampoo. Sometimes no pool towels and when they did, they were tiny and mismatched. It’s hard to enjoy a pool day sitting on hot vinyl loungers with tiny or no towels.
Location stupenda e lontana dal traffico ma comunque comoda per visitare la città. Anche il ristorante era buonissimo, personale molto gentile

Le bruit des scooter et l éloignement des commerces et restaurants avec une route dangereuse à pied car pas de trottoir les scooter nous frôlent
Autant dire que la nuit la route vers le centre est impossible à envisager
On avait hâte de partir après 7 jours à cause des scooter et des sites touristiques sur fréquentes
Par ailleurs le petit déjeuner n était pas compris cela complique encore les choses Autant aller peut à Ketut’s bed and breakfast.
Hôtel charmant avec des maisons individuels typiques de Bali, un peu à l'écart du centre d'Ubud ce qui a l'avantage qu'il soit au calme mais il faut prendre un taxi pour se déplacer et intégrer qu'il y a beaucoup de circulation dans les environs. Piscine très sympa au milieu de la nature. Petit déjeuner servi sur sa terrasse ce qui est très agréable. Grande chambre familiale pour voyager avec des enfants.

The stay was good
The pictures shown while we made the booking were of a different room. We had to see so many rooms right when we arrived, which was hectic, the bathtub they had shown in the pictures is not even there. But later they helped us move to their newer property which was better.
