Sehr gute Lage, leckeres Frühstück und zuvorkommendes Personal
Pros:

Die Lage befand sich in dem historischem Zentrum der Stadt, so dass man alles zu Fuß unternehmen konnte. Das Frückstück war sehr lecker und die Ausstattung des Hotels fantastisch!

Cons:

Personal sollte besser Englisch sprechen!

Die Ausstattung des Hotels war fantastisch, auch das Frühstück ist sehr lecker. Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Die Lage des Hotels ist im historischen Zentrum der Stadt.

Cons:

Das Personal konnte bis auf wenige Ausnahmen nur spanisch und beim zweiten Besuch am 26. März 2026 gab es keine Toilettenspülung.

Pros:

Nice hotel, very helpful staff.

Cons:

The traffic noise and petrol fumes from the street were bad until the early hours.
Sound echoes around the inner courtyard and having a bunch of US residents shouting across the balconies to each other at 2am was infuriating if not surprising.

Pros:

Beautiful historic property, one of the most gorgeous patios I’ve seen in Quito. The staff were super helpful, especially Oswaldo. Their help was invaluable when dealing with luggage on a busy street.

Cons:

The location is great if you want to stay in the old city but bear in mind that the traffic is bad at times and that there is noise. Also the old city tends to be extremely quiet at night. It’s a matter of preference.

Beautiful and memorable hotel. Great for solo travellers
Pros:

Beautiful property in a fantastic location. Very easy to walk around as a solo traveller. The property was immaculate and the breakfast was fabulous.

Cons:

The property advertised a tea/ coffee maker in rooms but this is no longer available. Staff were happy to supply hot water if requested.

The hotel is in a beautiful historic building filled with antiques. Breakfast is on the roof with a fantastic view.
The rooms are big and the water is hot in shower. Big good quality towels. Staff incredibly kind and helpful.

Great location and realy good vibe
Pros:

Loved the colonial aspects of the property. Really traditional and full of interesting artefacts. Very large room; extremely comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfast. Brilliant location for exploring the historic centre. Literally 2 minutes walk to a long row of restaurants and bars; all serving good food at great prices. Eclectic assortment of people on the square outside ranging from the army with tanks on one day to beggars and prostitutes on another. Don't let that put you off - it's all part of exploring and understanding South America. Loved our stay - so much better than the sterile atmosphere of a Hilton in the suburbs.
