食事とスタッフは良かった。

Cons:

室内お風呂シャワーが使いにくくシャワーなのに蛇口からも水が出て水圧も弱かった、
トイレの高さが低い流すコルク？壊れそぉで下に押しにくいと思った　ロケーションは　あまり良く無い部屋を確認していたが　それにしても　あまり良く無かった。ただ　食事やスタッフの対応は良かったほうだと思う。

Pros:

・ご飯もご当地グルメも多く、その他の種類もたくさんありよかった
・スタッフの方がとても親切、気配りがいい

Cons:

急ぎで施設に電話する時、西・東日本で分類されオペレーターに繋がれるため全然繋がらなかった。急ぎの時は施設に直通で繋がる電話があればいい。

Pros:

フロントの女性の対応が素晴らしかった
。清掃スタッフの方の挨拶がしっかりされていた。駐車場の誘導をされていたスタッフの方、忙しいのに記念写真を撮りましょうか？と気遣いして下さった。

Cons:

飲み放題プランの説明をもう少し分かりやすくして欲しい。こちらがわかっている体で言われて少し気分が悪かった。知らずにビールをついで持っていくと、まるで悪いのとしたみたいに言われて…そういうつもりは無いのでしょうが、いろんな受け取り方をする人がいるので。
