Ich bin immer wieder gerne da. Sehr freundlich und super Essen. Freue mich schon auf die Zeit nach Corana. Wieder schön draußen im Biergarten sitzen.

OK, aber könnte viel besser sein
Pros:

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir erstmal warten, weil die Rezeption aufgrund eines Personalausfalls vom restlichen Personal mit gemacht werden musste. Im Zimmer angekommen stellten wir erstmal den fehlenden Vorhang fest. Dieser wurde, wenn auch leicht verschmutzt, bis zum Abend aufgehängt. Nebenbei haben wir noch mitbekommen, dass bei einem anderen Zimmer das Schloss fehlte. Das Zimmer war sehr ruhig und die Lage mitten in der Stadt ist super, auch für die Landesgartenschau. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt's direkt in der Straße. Der versprochene Whirlpool aus der Beschreibung existiert übrigens nicht oder ist seit Monaten nicht fertig. Das Frühstück war gut, einiges fehlte zwar um halb 10 schon, wurde aber auf Nachfrage sofort zum Tisch gebracht bzw aufgefüllt. Die Dame vom Frühstück war sehr freundlich und sympathisch. So startet man gut in den Tag. Dennoch konnte auch sie den generellen Eindruck nicht mehr ändern, dass hier viele kleine Defizite im Hotel vorhanden sind, die ich bei diesem Preis nicht erwarte und die man abstellen sollte. Fazit: Preis-Leistung passt so einfach nicht.
