A lovely stay in Lugano - hotel exceeded expectations in its price class
Pros:

I need an expensive place for a short visit and the Colorado met that criteria. What I experienced exceeded my expectations- the hotel was centrally located, the staff super friendly, the room (small) but clean and functional. The free transport voucher was very welcome and a lovely touch

Pros:

Hotel a due passi dal lago, con una breve passeggiata si arriva al centro. Vicino all’ingresso c’è la fermata bus che porta sia al centro che in stazione. L’hotel consegna la Ticino Card per i trasporti in bus gratuiti.
Buona la prima colazione. Ambiente molto pulito e confortevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo

ideales Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, Hotel kann ich weiterempfehlen.
Pros:

das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgesprochen reichhaltig, bravo!
das Hotel ist ideal an das öV-Netz angebunden. Feines Abendessen im eigenen Restaurant mit äusserst freundlicher Bedienung. Bravissimo!

Cons:

die Raumtemperatur in meinem Zimmer war für mich unangenehm hoch. Ich musste regelmässig das Fenster aufreissen, um ein bisschen Kühlung zu erhalten. Auch die Klimaanlage brachte kaum Abkühlung.
Auch andere Hotelgäste haben wegen der zu hohen Zimmertemperatur reklamiert. Trotz vorbildlicher Sonnenkollektoren auf dem Dach könnte man bei der Heizung ein bisschen Energie einsparen.

War ein schöner Aufenthalt im Colorado, sehr nettes Personal.
Pros:

Hatte eine super Matratze in meinem Bett, konnte sehr gut schlafen.
Frühhstück war ausreichend und gut.
Schöne Terasse gute Bedienung.
