Lugano hat mir nicht viel gegeben. Aber wenn noch mal dorthin,würde ich dieses Hotel wieder wählen.
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, Frühstücksbüffet entsprach meinen Vorstellungen. Für mich wichtig der kurze Weg zum Bahnhof.

Misleading photos, overpriced parking and EV charging, and an outdated hotel that did not meet expectations.
Pros:

The location was convenient, and the staff was polite. Check-in was quick, and the room was clean.

Cons:

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the parking and the possibility of charging my electric car. I paid an additional CHF 15 for parking because the hotel photos clearly showed a Tesla Wall Connector. I planned to charge my car overnight to continue my journey the next day. However, when I arrived, there was no Tesla Wall Connector. Instead, there was a private charger that costs CHF 0.70 per kWh, which is very expensive for a slow AC charger. This was disappointing and did not match what was advertised.

The hotel also looks very different from the photos online. The pictures make it look modern and recently renovated, but in reality, it feels outdated. The bathroom was poorly designed, with too many mirrors—even one of the doors was covered with a mirror—which gave it an unusual appearance. Overall, the hotel looked much older than expected, probably not significantly renovated for over 35 years. I believe the online photos should accurately represent the actual condition of the hotel.

Ich hatte einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Hotel Colorado in Lugano. Mein ursprüngliches Einzelzimmer war leider etwas lauter, aber nach einem sehr netten Gespräch mit dem Hotelbesitzer war das überhaupt kein Problem: Unkompliziert und entgegenkommend wurde das Zimmer getauscht, ich hab dafür etwas mehr bezahlt aber der Preis war wirklich ok. Ein riesiges Dankeschön noch mal dafür! Das gesamte Personal ist durchweg sehr höflich, aufmerksam und extrem hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich hier als Gast einfach rundum willkommen.

Aconchego e proximidade para conhecer Lugano
Pros:

O hotel está muito bem localizado, próximo à estação de trem e a poucos metros do lago Lugano e demais pontos turísticos. O quarto tem uma varanda bem gostosa para passar o fim do dia tomando um aperitivo e contemplando a paisagem.

Cons:

Tudo correu bem durante a estadia.

Parfait pour une halte à Lugano
Pros:

Hôtel avec parking privé payant, proche du centre à pied. Terrasse extérieure pour prendre le petit déjeuner (varié).

Cons:

Certaines parties de l hôtel mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.
Salle de bain un peu petite.
