Ideal für Kurzaufenthalt in Lugano und Umgebung
Pros:

Gutes Frühstück, alles da. Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Parken gegen Gebühr möglich. Klimaanlage im Zimmer.
Lage ist ok, mit Bus in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Preis/Leistung hat gestimmt.

Cons:

Etwas Schatten am Morgen beim Frühstück wäre schön.

Gerne wieder im nächsten Jahr!
Pros:

Zimmer ist in Ordnung. Wir waren schon zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel: man muss einfach wissen (und nachts daran denken!), dass es eine tolle Stufe hat, um ins Badezimmer zu gelangen - ging wohl nicht anders als man das Hotel saniert hat. Personal sehr nett und freundlich! Wir durften sogar vorzeitig einchecken - wir hätten sonst einfach unsre Rucksäcke im Hotel deponiert.. aber so war es natürlich perfekt für uns. Vielen Dank nochmals! Frühstück kann man draussen auf der Terrasse oder drinnen einnehmen. Gute Auswahl und immer genug vorhanden! Im Zimmer haben wir den Wasserkocher sehr geschätzt und benutzt.

Cons:

Wenn man das Fenster gerne offen hat nachts.. kann man von lärmigen Autos resp heulenden Motoren gestört werden - auch wenn das ja eigentlich verboten wäre..!! Jedenfalls wurde mein Mann davon gestört; ich hörte dank Gehörschutz nichts.

Empfehlung für einen Kurzaufenthalt in Lugano für ein Hotel an guter Lage.
Pros:

Grossartiges Business-Frühstück, d.h. alles was es braucht in guter Qualität. In Ferienstimmung vielleicht etwas emotionslos.

Cons:

Es hat uns nichts nicht gefallen - es war auf einer Veloreise unser 4. Hotel und da fiel das Haus gegenüber den anderen etwas ab.

Pros:

Un hotel con personal muy cálido y hospitalaria, habitación con balcón muy espaciosa y balcón amplio. Cerca al lago muy buena ubicación y cerca a la estacion de tren, con bus cerca al hotel. Si vuelvo a Luhano volveré al hotel

Personale molto gentile. Pizza molto buona. A pochi passi dal lago.

Cons:

Siamo rimaste un po' deluse perché, al momento della prenotazione, la camera mostrata nelle immagini appariva ristrutturata e più moderna rispetto a quella che ci è stata assegnata, che invece risultava un po' datata. Nel complesso, però, il soggiorno è stato piacevole e ci siamo trovate bene. Un aspetto che migliorerei è la colazione, ampliando la scelta dei prodotti dolci.
