Pros:

The local lifestyle. The public bath experience. The historic belt genki sushi experience. The convenience.

Cons:

The noise from upstairs. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The layout of futon and stairs made it unsafe to use the washroom at night. Lack of shelving to store personal items, not enough hooks in the bathroom. Only one key for 4 people is inconvenient.

Cons:

シンプルで良かったのですが温かいお茶がほしく
せめてお湯を沸かすケトルがあればと少し不便でした。紅茶や珈琲を持参していたのですが残念でした。

ゆったりしたい時におすすめ
Pros:

駅からホテルまでほぼ屋根があるところばかりなので、雨が降っても傘ささずに行けました。
良くなかった点にも書いてますがお店閉まるのが早い分、チェックアウトの時にお店回って帰れます(コロッケ屋さんおすすめです)
部屋がめちゃくちゃ可愛いです。

Cons:

商店街のお店の営業時間がほとんど22時で閉まってしまうので、大阪の予定がいっぱい詰まってる人は、おすすめ出来ないなぁと思いました。
今回2階のお部屋で階段が狭いのでスーツケース運ぶのが大変でした。

Pros:

The room was quite big compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms. The hotel was located quite close from a train station.

Cons:

The thermal and noise insulation was bad. In winter the heater needed to run permanently, making the room air very dry. We also experienced multiple incidents on 3 different nights: 1. A delivery truck parked in front of our room early in the morning and the driver smoked a cigarette while unloading the goods (bad smell and noise). 2. A (drunk?) man tried to open our door multiple times in the middle of another night, then hitting on a corrugated iron wall nearby for a while before leaving. 3. On our last night, workers digged the road about 15m away from our room from 23:00pm to 3:00am, and we can safely say this is the worst night we ever paid. Finally, the hotel concept is based on connecting with the local community, including discounts at local shops, however 60 to 70% were (permanently?) closed, and the few we tried were not inclined to provide the said discount.

Perfect place to experience local people everyday life
Pros:

This is the perfect place if you want to experience the local people life instead of Surrounding by trouist. While it is in Eastern Osaka it takes only 6 minitues walk to the nearest trail statation, it is a direct line to Nara or Kobe so it's very conivenient.

There are plenty of shops that have been opened for centuries. There is also a Gender-segregated baths that has Onsen water near by, which is a perfect way to experience Japanese hot spring culture.

Cons:

Our room has two single beds and two futon beds, my children (9 and 12) were complaining the beds were too hard. So don't choose a room that you have to sleep on a futon bed if this is a problem for you.

ドミトリーの概念が変わる素敵なホテルでした！
Pros:

ロケーションが良かった。
スタッフの方がとても親切だった。
ホテル、ベッド、バスルーム、コモンルームなどすべてが本当にとても綺麗だった。

皆さんにお勧めしたいホテルです！
Pros:

『街ごとホテル」というスタンスで、空き店舗を宿泊施設に゙されたことがまずステキやなと。
2部屋予約しましたが、それぞれ趣向の凝らしたオシャレ感があって、2家族とも大満足でした。リーズナブルな点も良かったです。

Cons:

テレビ、浴衣があればなお快適だったかも。テレビが無いなら無いなりにその分楽しめましたが。
街なかなのに蚊に゙さされたのは驚きでした。
