Would definitely recommend, also good as it’s quiet - not near any night life
Pros:

Small walk to train station for getting anywhere in Osaka, very localised hotel with all the info on what’s good in the area so made it very easy for us on our stay! Clean and decent sized rooms .

Pros:

Safe and comfortable. So spacious! (room #8 for 2 people) The shower room was big, and the toilet and sink areas each had their own space. There was a nice sitting area with small refrigerator, microwave, and water pot. Also, a small closet area and several crates to store your things. I liked the industrial vibe, in keeping with the setting of being in the arcade. Very quite. Very safe. I loved being part of local life and seeing the arcade come to life each morning. And so many tasty restaurants/shops nearby. Very convenient to the train and nice area for my morning run. There is coin laundry nearby, and I enjoyed walking through the neighborhood to do my laundry, adding to the feeling of being a local.

Cons:

One time a staff member came into the room without knocking first to bring clean towels. Also, sometimes the lock was took a few tries to work correctly.

商店街の中にホテルがあるのが面白いし
昭和レトロな雰囲気がいい
コンビニが近い、飲食店も多い
スタッフさんがとても親切だった

Cons:

壁が薄い？
ドミトリーに泊まりましたが隣のツインルームの人の話す声がボソボソと聞こえた
泊まった人はみんな銭湯に行けるチケットが付いてるのかと思ったら素泊まりの人は自腹だった

全てを楽しめる人には最高のホテル
Pros:

ホテルが駅近で、しかも商店街の中ってこともあり、一歩外に出れば飲食や街の散策と楽しめることがいっぱい

Cons:

商店街の空き店舗を改装してホテルとして利用している事もあり、防音としての効果はあまりなく、普通のアパートに寝泊まりしているのと同じ、2階にお客が入っていれば普通に足音や入浴中の排水音など生活音は聞こえてくるし、外からの歩行中の会話なども聞こえます。
設備もおしゃれで素敵ですが機能的には使い勝手の悪さもありました。

Pros:

設備がとても綺麗で、快適に過ごせました。また、商店街などの周辺施設が充実していて滞在中は楽しめました。駅から近くて移動にも困りませんでした。

The local lifestyle. The public bath experience. The historic belt genki sushi experience. The convenience.

Cons:

The noise from upstairs. The mattresses were uncomfortable. The layout of futon and stairs made it unsafe to use the washroom at night. Lack of shelving to store personal items, not enough hooks in the bathroom. Only one key for 4 people is inconvenient.
