Beautiful hotel right in the middle of the Galle Fort - perfect.
Pros:

The location of this hotel is amazing - within walking distance of everything in the Fort. As a colonial building its beautiful - HUGE rooms in dark wood with a central courtyard give it a real old world calming retreat vibe, helped by the staff who are all very friendly and professional. The breakfast was exceptional - local dishes as well as European and incredible choice of fresh fruits. Sitting in the open restaurant eating mango and passionfruit watching endangered monkeys walk by in the garden was simply magical. I'd definitely jump at the chance of returning.

ゴール旧市街の中心に位置しており、ゴール旧市街を観光するならとても良いです。古い建物ですが清潔に清掃されています。水回りの水はけもよかったです。

部屋に窓がなく全体的に暗い印象。バスタブ付きの部屋にしたがシャワーを浴びてバスタブに湯を溜める頃にはホットなお湯が出ずに結局バスタブに浸かることができなかった。おそらく、溜めたお湯を使ってるシステムであり、一定の湯量を超えるとホットシャワーさえ出なくなる。朝食がやや質素。もう少し量がほしい。屋外にあるため蚊がいるが蚊取り線香を焚いておらず、数か所さされてしまった。

Mooie locatie midden in het Fort, alles op loopafstand. Goed onderhouden met mooie tuin. . Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel. Mooie kamers.

Cons:

Eigenlijk niets, als ik iets moet zeggen zat er wat kleine schimmel rondom de randen vd wasbak.
Stadje is na 21h30 redelijk uitgestorven

Pros:

Historic and well maintained hotel. Location inside the fort made all of Galle's tourist highlights within walking distance. They made a lovely decorative display on the bed for our honeymoon. The Sri lankan breakfast was good.
