Zdecydowanie polecam
Pros:

Swietna lokalizacja, mila obsluga. Apartament posiadal wszystko co bylo nam potrzebne. Blisko sklepy oraz metro.

Cons:

W czasie 8 nocy pobytu nasz pokoj byl sprzatany 2 razy. Jakosc sprzatania tez mogla byc znacznie lepsza. W nocy bylo czasami troche zimno.

Jeżeli będę ponownie w Madrycie, na pewno skorzystam z noclegu w tym miejscu.
Pros:

Całodobowa recepcja, pomocny i sympatyczny personel, blisko do stacji metra oraz supermarketu. Winda. Wszystko na plus. Polecam gorąco pobyt w tym miejscu.

La ubicación era excelente, cerca de parada de metro y autobús, en el centro de Madrid la zona tranquila sin ruidos.

Cons:

La habitación no se encontraba limpia, ni el suelo, ni las sabanas, la limpieza del baño también era muy deficiente.

Pros:

Está bien ubicado, tiene todo lo necesario para un apartamento, nos atendieron muy bien.

Cons:

En general todo estuvo bien, si es que hay algo que mejorar sería en la limpieza, un poco más limpio lo que es el baño sería lo mejor, por lo demás todo bien.

Modesto apartahotel sobrevalorado
Pros:

El apartamento estaba en general bien equipado, aunque la caja fuerte era muy pequeña, solo apta para guardar dinero.

Cons:

La nota media que ostenta este apartahotel (8,7) es excesiva y la calificación de 4 "circulitos" sobre 5 que le otorga Booking.com lleva a engaño, pues yo pensé que era el equivalente a un 4 estrellas en hoteles cuando en realidad en un HA de dos estrellas. Es por eso por lo que no volvería a elegir este apartahotel. Además a 128 euros cada noche de lunes a jueves es bastante caro para lo que ofrece.

Las instalaciones, tenían una pequeña cocina bastante completa y la cama era muy cómoda.

Cons:

El ruido. Se supone que está insonorizado, pero se oían ruidos tanto de la calle como interiores. No era exagerado, porque no había mucha gente, era entre semana, pero sino, hubiese habido bastante ruido.

La ubicación es perfecta, céntrica, bien comunicada. Los chicos de la recepción muy agradables. Buena higiene y limpieza de la habitación.
