Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Wir haben abends zweimal im Restaurant gegessen, auch das ist empfehlenswert. Das Restaurantpersonal war durchwegs freundlich und wir haben auf Nachfrage ein wunderbares fleischloses Menu erhalten.
Ebenfalls sehr gerne genutzt haben wir das Onsen.

Cons:

Wir waren vom Haus als Ganzes etwas enttäuscht. Das Hotel wurde einem renommierten Architekten (Shigeru Ban) entworfen und macht von Weitem bzw. von aussen auch einen tollen Eindruck. Innen wirkt es jedoch vielerorts etwas lieblos und nicht gut unterhalten. Am Dach rostet der Stahl, die Fenster sind teils milchig, an den Möbeln sind Ecken abgeplatzt, im Onsen fehlen überall Mosaikfliesen etc., obwohl das Haus noch keine zehn Jahre alt ist. Zudem war unser Zimmer ziemlich feucht und roch entsprechend, obwohl die Klimaanlage durchgehend lief.
Würden solche Mängel behoben und das Haus besser gepflegt, wäre es ein großartiger Ort.

ロケーションは最高でした。
Pros:

素晴らしい風景。のんびりできて最高でした。朝食も地元のものを使いおいしくいただきました。

Cons:

お風呂場のごみ箱が一杯でかたずけられていませんでした。フロアマットもびしょびしょのまま、あまり気持ちの良い思いはしませんでした。建物も大変デザイン性に優れていましたが、処所錆びていたり、手入れが行き届いていない箇所があり、改善したほうがよいのでは、と思います。それとおいしい朝食でしたが、やや塩味がきついと感じました。

最高のロケーションでくつろぎの空間と時間をを味わえた。
Pros:

地域の特性を活かしたロケーションで青々と伸びる水田の美しさに圧倒された。
建築にも個性があり面白かった。
全体的にゆったりできる空間が多く気持ち良かった。
食事も庄内産の食材を多く使っていて、とても美味しかった。

Cons:

温泉までが距離があり、初めて行くときは迷路のような感覚になり、
少しわかりにくかった。
館内デザインの一環性の為なので
わかりやすく表示するとそれが崩れてしまうのかなととも思いました。

田んぼに囲まれたスタイリッシュなホテル
Pros:

ホテルに入ると木の香りがして癒される。ロビーにつながるライブラリーが開放的で田んぼの風景を見ながらのんびりできて気持ちよかった。朝食のビュッフェは地元野菜がたくさん使ってあり美味しかった。
建築自体も楽しめた。

Cons:

部屋によってはお風呂までが遠い。館内の案内表示が少し見にくい(邪魔にならないおしゃれなデザインなのだが)

お料理も素敵で大変美味しかったです。

田んぼに囲まれて景観が長閑、施設もまだ新しく洗練されており、穏やかな時間を過ごすことが出来ました。

Cons:

ネット予約をした際に電話でも確認したのですが、チェックイン、チェックアウトの際に手間取っていました。別料金が発生したのに説明が不明瞭で、受付に伝えたことが周知されずに、数時間経ってから電話がかかってきての内容確認があり、残念に感じました。
