The Westist Hotel & Spa

The location of this hotel is perfect, located just steps away from a main shopping road. Galata tower is also only a 10 minute walk away with plenty of bars, restaurants, and cafes in between. Sinem was so lovely and helpful, giving many suggestions of where to visit and going above and beyond to give excellent hospitality. They were even able to set up a private transfer to and from the airport for a very fair price. This was a great stay for my first time in Istanbul!

Very helpful staff, clean and comfortable room, great location!

Checkin was quick. Staff was very helpful. I stayed only one night. They checked on my stay via WhatsApp even with such a short stay. A little hard to find for my taxi driver. Quaint, small, but it seems like most are this way because of the way the buildings are built. Spacious enough for one or two people (stayed in a single room). I'd stay here again. Has a spa but i had no time to check it out. Not sure that they have room service because when I asked, they directed me to the restaurant next door which was only feet away. 5 min walking distance to this great street with so many shops and restaurants. Great little spot.

Temizlik ve hassasiyet konusunda çok sevdiğim bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Muhit biraz dikkatli olunması gereken bir muhitmiş ancak tekrardan konaklamaya devam edeceğiz. Tavsiye ederim. Masaj sauna hizmetinden de memnun kaldık.

Excellent value. Fabulous staff. Fun decor. Comfortable and clean rooms. A teeny bit shabby in places (bit of mould in shower, some damage to skirting boards but nothing major). Would totally recommend.

Central and quiet at night

Im Bad Schimmel in den Ecken, z.T. auch abblätternde Farbe an der Decke. Die Bad-Schiebetüren aus Glas waren kaum zu bewegen, da verklemmt, Duschtüren fehlten, ... Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig aber wenig, das man zum Frühstück essen möchte: Schokopudding, mehrere Sorten Oliven, trockenes Brot, zarte Haferflocken, etwas Honigmelone, keine Butter, keine Marmelade, kein Tee, aber Gurke / Tomate (ohne Salz, Pfeffer, Öl)... aber man konnte sich Ei bestellen. Es war aber keine 15 Euro wert.

Das Restaurant, das abends ein sehr freundlicher Gastwirt betreibt, ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Temiz ve güzel bir otel. Özellikle çalışanlar çok nazik ve ilgili.

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage.
Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Zum Restaurant kann ich nichts sagen, da ich ohne Frühstück/Halbpension gebucht habe. Insgesamt bin ich ganz zufrieden mit dem Hotel.

Negativ war für mich der im Hotel angebotene Hamam Sauna. Die Sauna hätte etwas wärmer sein können. Beim Hamam wiederum haben wir an der Decke Schimmel gesehen. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat mir versichert, sie schauen es sich sofort an. Bin mal gespannt :)
