Very friendly check-in staff! Hotel was clean.
Air conditioner made a rattling noise the entire time it was running. The bed and pillow were extremely uncomfortable (especially the lumpy pillow).
Zimmer und Frühstück ok. Aber auch nichts Besonderes.
Dame an der Rezeption nett, aber auch die Einzige.
Am ersten Abend gab es Probleme mit der Klimaanlage.
Trotz Info an die Rezeption, keine Reaktion.
Nach der zweiten Nacht konnten wir dann das Zimmer wechseln.
Die Rechnung war höher als bei Booking. com gebucht und auch per Nachweis ließen sie sich nicht darauf ein.
Insgesamt sehr unverschämt, weil wir ja auch Unannehmlichkeiten hatten.
Das Frühstück war im Großen und Ganzen ok.
Das Personal im Frühstücksraum allerdings mega unfreundlich und arrogant.
Da wir hier 4 Nächte gebucht hatten, hätten wir eigentlich besseres verdient. Unmöglich.
Also nicht empfehlenswert und eigentlich peinlich für den Manager, der kein Interesse daran hatte, zufriedene Kunden zu haben.

The room and the beds were very good and comfortable. There were places to eat around the hotel. The staff was friendly.
Our kids liked the swimming pool.
The breakfast was good but we disliked the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery.
Spacious room with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Breakfast was great and I liked that they switched up the hot items every day so you got something different. Staff was very friendly and the pool was nice. Great place to stay in the Rapid City area.
It is a little further away from a lot of the attractions in the Black Hills, but the location is close to major highways so it is easy to get on the road and go.

Friendly staff, very clean. You can tell from first glance that the management and staff have pride in the property. Their snack purchase area was stocked full and faced. Room was immaculately clean except for the window that hand handprints and smudges. No worries, I learned my girlfriend left them on the window when she pressed her hands and face against it to look at the lovely cows outside our room. This place is immaculate. There is some type of award on the wall in the lobby which is in the shape of a diamond which I can tell was very much earned. I’m a hotel snob, so I had low expectations, but I would recommend this place to anyone who stays in the area. Mount Rushmore was an easy 20-30 min drive so stopped along our trip. Just can’t say thank you enough for clearly understanding and executing expectation. The Best in the West hehe.

1 seule machine à laver et 1 seul séchoir pour tout l’établissement, sans que le temps avant la fin du cycle ne soit affiché : il faut miser uniquement sur la chance pour espérer pouvoir laver son linge, ou patienter pendant une durée indéterminée !
Personnel peu arrangeant pour faire de la monnaie : nous avons dû retirer de l’argent dans un ATM pour récupérer 2 dollars en pièces.
