Greenwood Suites Resort

Just come home after a week here and honestly can not fault a thing. The hotel is spotless, rooms are modern and spacious and drinks are stocked up in your fridge most days, if you need anything you just contact guest relations and thry have it sent to your room in minutes.

The staff are friendly , professional and so attentive. The staff around the pool areas are on roller skates and keep you topped up with drinks all day.

The quieter pool is located just outside the main lobby. The busier pools are at the waterslide area, we never had an issue getting 6 seats at any time of the day. Water slides are awesome and there are so many lifeguards manning them.

Entertainment boards are in the waterslide area and near the shops/ spa which tell you what is on during the day and evening. We only saw one show which was amazing, thry have karaoke and discos also. Water polo, aqua aerobics, darts and air rifle are on during the day.

The bar areas are located in the main lobby, main buffet restaurant inside and outside, plus a bar in the splash / waterslide food area and a small mobile bar at the other side of the water park.

Alcohol is local brand and cocktails,are strong lol, beer is Efes on tap ir bottled. Soft drinks are Pepsi sprite Fanta liptonpeach teas etc. Cocktails and mocktails also available and are fab

Food is served on main buffet restaurant at breakfast lunch and dinner. There are a few food items that appear every day like pasta with passata, chips onion rings , bread,salad, rice etc and they the vary a few mains . It ranged from enchiladas, lasagna,grilled chicken, meatballs casseroles and lots of yummy options. Breakfast is fruit, sausage, eggs, croissants, pancakes and freshly cooked omelette made to order

Lunch is also served at the splash bar area between 12 and 4 and had things such as chips, salad, rice, burgers, donner chicken kebab meat, their own version of kfc ..plenty of choice to mix it up each day.

The ice cream kiosk and traditional bread making can also be found in this area. Both are great

We arrived late in the evening and went to Gilberts restaurant which is open 10pm til before breakfast starts, they do more snack size meals like burgers chips hot dogs salads etc.

We ventured out a few times to a few shops or malls to pick up some t shirts and football tops, bags etc and the prices were reasonable, we didn't feel we needed to haggle really.

There are shops at the hotel that sell the sane things but are a little more expensive. The staff here are really friendly.

The grounds are well maintained and staff can not do enough for you.

We are a family of 6 , 2 adults and 4 kids 13,13,13 nd 14, there was something for everyone. The hotel feels so safe and secure that they were able to go off yo get a drink themselves or if they wanted to go to the waterslides or indoor pool if we were at the quieter pool they felt comfortable to do this.

All in all we had the best week here. Lots of fun family time where we all had what we wanted when we wanted it and we didn't want the holiday yo end. Thankyou Greenwood suites resort Lara for the memories xx

Fantastic family holiday, hotel was spot on. Food was fantastic at every meal/snack, went with my 12 year old and 3 year old and both were entertained with different activities. The pools and water park were amazing and we made great use out of them. The drinks flowed (soft and alcoholic) would really recommend this hotel. Staff were great, nothing was too much for them! Had absolutely no issues on this holiday at all would 100% recommend

We arrived in the early hours of 16th June with my best friend and our three girls, really excited for our holiday.

Unfortunately, our stay didn’t get off to the best start. Before travelling, I had emailed the hotel requesting that our rooms be together, and I received a reply confirming this. However, when we arrived, our rooms were not. (Vahdet Cinemre office manager)

My best friend was also upgraded to a VIP pool view room, while I wasn’t. I wouldn’t normally have minded, but after seeing the location of my room it was disappointing, considering this trip was a surprise for my daughter’s birthday. My room overlooked the bins, which smelled awful, and we had constant noise from the bin lorry daily, barking dogs, and what sounded like a fan or heating unit running throughout the day and night (can’t attach video)

I also spoke to reception, but one member of staff was extremely rude, which made the situation even more frustrating. I emailed (Vahdet Cinemre) asking if my concerns could be reviewed and if I could be treated fairly, but unfortunately I never received a reply.

On 18th June, we also experienced issues with the electricity cutting in and out, and the air conditioning kept beeping throughout the night, waking us repeatedly.

There was also major building work taking place nearby. Jet2 informed us about maintenance work, but the hotel advised we wouldn’t hear it. In reality, there were three large cranes visible, with one reaching over the hotel’s water park, and there was noticeable construction noise while work was being carried out.

That said, there were plenty of positives too. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping the rooms clean and tidy every day (as long as you left the cleaning switch on).

The entertainment team were absolutely brilliant. Radek, Can, Iliana, and another lovely female team member worked so hard to keep all older children and adults entertained throughout the day, activities included darts, yoga, water polo, Zumba, aqua size, many more games. They were all incredibly friendly and enthusiastic.

The skater boys were also lovely and always so friendly, never an empty drink and Kadek in the spa was wonderful. I got a 20-minute massage with her, which was very relaxing, and she was so warm and welcoming.

Overall, while there were some great staff members who really made a positive difference to our holiday, I was disappointed by the room allocation, lack of response from management, the attitude of one reception staff member, and the noise issues. With better customer service and communication, this could have been a much more enjoyable stay.

Try avoid room 1824!!

Staff was very welcoming and rooms were always cleaned daily. Pool area was very clean and tidy with staff coming round every so often to remove any cups, plates and rubbish. Food was fine but would of been nicer with a bigger selection. All in all a very nice clean hotel and would recommend

First time to Antalya, Hotel was lovely and clean, staff were super helpful and friendly. Great place for kids with super entertainment and pools. Buffet is good with lots of choice, plenty of food. My only gripe is outside the Hotel the streets are not clean with rubbish thrown around. The council should clean up. But no reflection on the Hotel just the area.

Excellent experience all staff across all areas have been fantastic especially Radik and Farat. 2nd year here. Will come back in a couple more years as want to go somewhere different next year. Food was brilliant. All round amazing place. Thank you to all staff for such another fantastic holiday.

First experience at the greenwood hotel in Lara Beach.
Hotel staff and animation team very friendly. Radik is exceptional, very enthusiastic and an asset to the team. The Aquapark within the resort is brilliant, lifeguards very attentive. A good selection of slides, of various lengths and speed.
The food is very same-ish, but always found something to eat. All facilities are well kept, to a high standard.
Entertainment is of good quality.

All guests during our stay were wonderful, we enjoyed the banter during the World Cup and the hotel were very accommodating, showing the football games and opening the lobby bar later.

The photographer is great, and the shops inside the resort are of good quality and approximately the same prices as the main strip.

I would suggest doing more aqua Zumba and dances around the pool, or pool games other than aqua polo.

We booked this hotel last minute and didn’t really know what to expect. I can honestly say it surpassed our expectations. The staff here are incredible, very welcoming. It’s a lovely friendly resort. Our room was very large for a family and very quiet. The entertainment team here are great, very fun and engaging. If you are travelling with a family this hotel is a wonderful choice.

We have just returned from a weeks stay at Greenwood suites, we went as a group aged between 13-65.

Rooms are clean and tidy, a bit outdated but does not affect the use. Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful, always asking if you need anything. A lovely lady called Nezahat created a beautiful scene on our bed for the last night (please see pic)

We were checked on by guest relations almost daily to ensure everything was well.

Food was good for all inclusive, my son is a fussy eater but always found something, he particularly enjoyed the fried chicken at the splash snack bar.

Star of the show Yusef was always to hand, refilling our drinks regularly on roller skates!

Water slides were fun, no fights for sun beds. We spent a lot of time at the quiet pool which was a lovely temperature.

There was entertainment every evening and entertainment during the day by the water slides and main pool.

Hotel shop staff were really friendly and helpful. Would also do deals if you bought more than one thing.

5-10 minute walk to main strip to go shopping but taxis available for 10 euro.

No need to change money to lira, everywhere we went accepted GBP and Euros.

Hotel 10/10 will definitely be returning.

We are on our last day here and cannot fault it at all, we have had the best 10 days and would highly recommend it.
The hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean.
The AI drinks are great and in the lounge bar you get served freshly made cocktails.
Whilst at dinner and by the pool a waiter serves you drinks constantly.
Rooms are amazing, spacey and clean, drinks in fridge constantly topped up.
The spa is amazing too.
Staff are so friendly.

Clean hotel, friendly staff. Food good. Entertainment staff excellent. In particular radik, inara , aren and can. Great with everyone and with the kids. Pools clean, slides really good. Shout out to panash from the bar who was learning and was amazing

Every thing was just perfect 😍 I love this place

Our first time in Turkey. Absolutely wonderful place we had a great time . Hotel is great . Staff are great . Entertainment is fantastic. Radik is brilliant making sure everyone has a great time . We have a moody teenager but she had a fantastic time .

The rooms are large with a nice shower.
The pools are great with some excellent flumes.We found all the staff to be really friendly and helpful and there always seemed to be plenty of room around the pools and at mealtimes.
The buffet was OK and there are 2 a la carte restaurants
The beach is about an 8-10 minute walk where the hotel has its own section with sunbeds,food and a bar.
All in all great value for money and a real winner for the kids

Excellent hotel and facilities. Very impressed with the food, lots of variety each day. Room was spacious and cleaned immaculately and the pools/aqua park were really good. Would definitely come again.

Breakfast was lovely every morning. The omelettes were great.
Lunch and dinner was also really good. So much variety and choice. There were changes made to food options every day which was great.
The room was spotlessly clean and staff cleaned it every day. Air con was very helpful given the high temperatures.
The pools were great - particularly the waterpark.
There were fridges full of water around the park which again was great given how warm some of the days were.
