Greenwood Suites Resort

We stayed in Greenwood’s suites for 5nights. We heard lots of negative and positive reviews. Honest opinion stay was lovely. We stayed in family room which I do recommend if you are travelling with the kids. There was a usable washing machine which helped us a lot with kids clothing and washing. The food had variety and was served fresh, was a bit repetitive but had lots of variety so didn’t bothered us. The swimming pool were nice and clean but only recommend if kids splash pool was bit heated would have been better. The splash pool area for kids had bit different tiles and seemed slippery as compared to to other pool side flooring. Not to mention they had a private beach with shuttle to take every 30min which was very convenient.They had mini discos and kids club and night programs which kids enjoyed thoroughly. As a couple we enjoyed the spa as well. The only negative feedback feel is WiFi connection which often felt temperamental and didn’t work well with us.
Rest remain we enjoyed our stay and kids want to come back again next holiday 🙄
Ofcourse Daddy has to pay for next one as well 😂

Rooms were lovely, clean and big. Pool area was clean. Food was cooked well. Staff very friendly and approachable.

Vegan Review
This is just related to vegan food, nothing else!
So, I messaged the hotel before we booked asking if they were able to cater for vegans and were assured they did. I messaged again a few weeks prior to arrival to inform them again of my veganism. They made a note on my booking and asked me to go to guest relations on arrival. I arrived late at night so didn’t go straight away. Then the next day I thought I would see how I got on first (in hindsight, a mistake!)
I went to guest relations on day 3 after realising options on the buffet were very limited. There was tomato pasta and chips. Also, although all food was labelled with allergens etc, I later found out these were often incorrect!
The issue I really had was going back and forwards with guest relations as they kept insisting there was enough on the buffet. When I insisted there was not, I was told I was the first vegetarian to visit this year 😂😂😂
They then said they would make whatever I wanted, but could not really do this. They told me they could not make any of my suggestions, which I took from local menus. Eventually the head chef sent me a list of things I could preorder the day before. This worked relatively smoothly (sometimes they told me what they said they could make was impossible but would make something else!). However, by this point we only had a few days left. They did eventually make a great effort so if going as a vegan, insist on pre ordering options from the start. If you need more info on this, please let me know.🫶

Amazing venue. No problems. Food was amazing and pools and slides very clean and safe.

This is one of the best hotels for the family. We’ve had such an amazing time. The entertainment team are fantastic, Radik has been fantastic, and I would definitely recommend staying here!

We are currently staying at Greenwood Hotel Antalya with my family and having a fantastic holiday experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality, professionalism, and willingness to help whenever needed.

The hotel offers a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for families looking to enjoy quality time together. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team does an excellent job, ensuring everything is always fresh and tidy.

The food selection is impressive, with a wide variety of delicious dishes available throughout the day. There is something for everyone, including children, and the quality of the meals has been consistently excellent. The restaurants and dining areas are clean, organized, and enjoyable.

The pools, gardens, and recreational facilities are well-kept and provide plenty of entertainment for both adults and children. The animation and entertainment teams work hard to create a fun and engaging environment without being intrusive.

The hotel's location is also convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions while still providing a peaceful setting for relaxation.

Overall, Greenwood Hotel has exceeded our expectations and has given our family unforgettable memories. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antalya, especially families seeking a comfortable, enjoyable, and stress-free vacation. We would be happy to return again in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience. The food was delicious, with plenty of tasty options to enjoy throughout our stay. The service was excellent—everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help.

Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. A special thank you goes to Nezahat, who took such great care of our room. She is a very kind and lovely lady who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Our children were delighted by the cute decorations she made for them in the room. These thoughtful touches made a big difference and created wonderful memories for our family.

We stayed at the Greenwood resort for 10 days as a family of four. Everything was excellent, and we encountered no issues. Upon late arrival, friendly staff greeted us, helped with our luggage, and even allowed us a late-night meal. Our pool-view suite suited us perfectly—spacious and large, with two bathrooms and a washing machine. I didn't have to bring laundry home—awesome! The pools and aquapark are fantastic. The staff is consistently helpful, friendly, and polite. We highly recommend staying here and plan to return.

Hotel was brilliant, staff were fantastic and cared for all our needs. Especially skate guy yusef.. the best and took care of everything. Would come again.

I had a very good time at greenwood suites but if it hadn’t been for akif from guest relations it’could have been so different due to akifs assistants and customer service he made our holiday so much better due to his fantastic English speaking and his help throughout from every aspect most importantly his caring attitude and he followed any issues to the end
He should be part of the management team in this hotel due to his hard work and his dedication to his job . 10/10

Good hotel,close to amenities, food ok,fairly clean,majority of staff really nice and helpful (came across few arrogant and careless too) but it didn't impact our experience much.
Ice cream area looks rough and dirty but restaurant is nice and clean.Food was ok,we never went hungry but very repetitive and not organised appropriately ,for example breakfast was open from 7am but some of items weren't cooked until 8am,bread section is the major downside as its very small and not fresh,but everything else was good.
Dessert section small,but sufficient. Overall good experience but nothing special or outstanding.

This was our second visit to Greenwood Suites Resort. (Our first visit was May 2025).
When we arrived check in was easy, and we were lucky to get upgraded to a Deluxe Suite which was a great touch by the hotel. The Deluxe Suite is massive and on arrival and part way through our stay we got fruit and a bottle of wine left in the room. The room was cleaned daily to a good standard.
The restaurant was refurbished from 2025 and really looks good and flows a lot better for guests. The food was great again with plenty of different variety for all. They cooked fresh omelette for breakfast and lunch and dinner cooked fresh meats.
We used the pools near the Aqua Park. They are not heated but are very refreshing when the weather is warm. There were no problems finding sunbeds, in fact, when the hotel got busier, more sunbeds were added around the pools.
The entertainment was mostly good in the evenings. 8.30-9 for the kids and then they have some act on after 9 for adults and kids.
I had a shave and wax at the onsite hairdresser, and it was very good. My wife and daughter used the onsite Spa for a Turkish bath and massage, again very good and reasonably priced.
The staff at the resort work so hard throughout the day.
Special mentions to Mustafa who looked after us so well, just like 2025. Nothing is too much trouble, and he always goes above and beyond. Ertugrul also looked after us in the restaurant, again so helpful and polite.
Ferat in the pool bar and sometimes at the night entertainment was another member of staff who went above and beyond. Always remembering your drinks and always polite.
A big mention to Radik who looks after the entertainment. He works so hard every day and is always first there and last to go. He has so much energy all day and always has a smile. Just a top guy!
I spoke to Ayten in Customer Services, again very helpful and always good to put a face to the name when you have sent previous emails. A great asset to Greenwood.
Overall, another fantastic stay and highly recommended. We will be back next year if the price is good.

Amazing hotel, we had such a good week and have no faults what so ever. Yusuf absolutely made our week, we did not have to go to the bar once. He is like the main character of the hotel 😂. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone.

Great, friendly staff, good choice of food and drink available at different restaurants and pool bars all through the day and night. Very good cocktails! Clean and having a small water park and short hotel provided bus ride to the beach is great for kids and adults

We’ve had a fantastic stay at greenwood resort. The food has been lovely throughout our holiday with plenty of choice every day, and all of the staff have been incredibly friendly and welcoming.
A massive shoutout to Akif and Olga at guest relations for going above and beyond to help organise everything for my mother-in-law’s 60th birthday and making it extra special for us all. Akif especially was brilliant, he understood everything perfectly and his English was 10/10, which made everything so easy.
Also, Yusuf on his roller skates deserves a special mention! He’s a fantastic waiter, always smiling, working so hard, and is a real credit to your team.
Thank you all for making our holiday so enjoyable, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future.
