Ich war das zweite mal in dieser Unterkunft , dieses Jahr fand ich das Personal überwiegend nett nur am Strand war ein Herr bei der Getränkevergabe, der von Kundenservice nie was gehört hat. Das führte dazu, das wir den Strand gemieden haben.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel with our family! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for our needs. The amenities, especially the pool and family-friendly activities, kept everyone entertained. Plus, the location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions. We can't wait to return!

Decent stay.
Check in was simple, given my room was next to a car park, would have been nice to have been allowed to bring my car there directly, at least to unload, given I had 2 very small kids.
The room was decent, other than some creaky doors.
Surrounding facilities were nice, aqua park, pool, food etc all good.

Sehr gutes Kinderhotel mit vielen Rutschen. Preis Leistung ist top.

Hotellet var i topklasse med både værelser, service, mad samt børnevenlige faciliteter. Personalet var meget venlige, fleksible og hurtige til at hjælpe hvis man manglede noget. Eneste minus var høj musik ved pool fra morgen til 23.00.

Je suis tres déçu, c est de la fausse information sur cette hôtel.

The hotel itself is lovely and our room as a family of four was spacious and clean. The entertainment team were definitely high energy and the kids loved the water park side of the hotel. We were glad to be based on the quiet side. Limited things to do for teens but happy enough with what was available. Food was decent. Drinks all local brands and high sugar but as expected at an all inclusive. Lots of additional outings available but not much locally. Overall we had a great time.

Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Vi er stor familie med 2 voksen og 4 barn, hadde en fantastisk opplevelse i hotelle, suite vår var komfortabel og rent, barna show hverdag, barna aktivitet, flere badeplass, aqupark og inndør barneleke plass, hvor du kan la barna der alena er noe luksus. Kommer siker tilbake.

Wir waren zu fünft für 5 Tage hier. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, alles ist sauber und gepflegt.
Die Auswahl beim Essen ist so groß dass es einen schon fast überfordert.
Was uns am besten gefallen hat, war die Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals.
Vielen Dank, wir werden hoffentlich wieder kommen.

Wir waren allgemein sehr zufrieden vielen lieben Dank , und möchten nächstes Jahr wieder eine Reise mit ihnen vereinbaren.

I like everything that plass

Good experience, but it could be better for the rate of night

If you come from Turkey, it's definitely worth a visit. But if you come from Europe or other rich countries, I wouldn't recommend it, as the standard is simply too low. On the other hand, the price is also lower than elsewhere.

We stayed in June 25. Family of 5(2 Adults, 3 children). We had a very pleasant stay. Lots of facilities, kids activity centre including the water slides. Lots of food options. Will definitely recommend. 3-5 mins walk to local shops and Migros(grocery store)
