We had a lovely week at Greenwood, this hotel was exceptionally clean and tidy. We could not fault the cleanliness, always staff cleaning and ensuring all is well. We stayed in a delux suite and this was a large family room. We stayed on sofas a surprisingly they were so comfortable and we slept so well with the children having a the main room and the beds.
The pools were great, the slides were great and well maintained and supervised by the lifeguards!
Food was ok, a little repetitive at the snack bars and not a lot of variety. However chips for the younger children always on offer.

We are here with my kids and husband and we dont wanna turn back to home bcs from here our kids so hapoy bcs of entertemant team the working for everybodys smile and they always try make us happy there is one guy name Sam he is the number one and Aren Radik Ayşegül we love all them ıf you wanna choose place for holiday you should pick this place for fun

We arrived at the hotel a little late due to our flight and were quickly shown our room. We requested 2 rooms either a pool side view and u will say we were dissatisfied by the false sizing of the suite. The kitchen was tiny with no cutlery and the bedrooms were extremely inaccurate in size shown on the pictures. The next day we went down for breakfast and were confused with the lack of traditional breakfast like there were NO hash browns or sausages so we found ourselves stuck with pancakes all week. After breakfast we went to the water park and it was quite fun however I wished there was more variety. After fun and play we went to the attached slash bar and it was surprising the only decent food we ate the week. I spisificly enjoyed the pasta with the metropolis sauce. After going to Lara beach via private shuttle in which we were disappointed by the food service we found was simply inedible. Next we went to dinner and found there was even more lack of tradition and taste and the food was VERY repetitive. So after cleaning up our presentation we went to the the evening entertainment at the Sherwood arena. It just OKAY it was very irritating and seemed eternal. After they did random mainly interactive show which were either karaoke of amphitheater which was entertaining. Fispite ot being a kids mini disco it was on till very late and my younger travellers became very tired and irritated since it was just TOO late. On the plus side it was definitely the quietest hotel which made finding a sunbed was an easy task. One of our main complaints was the separation of the hotel speaking of I found my sled lost at 10pm with no WiFi. Oh and I you arrive late there is a all night restaurant (Gilbert’s patisserie) which I do not recommend so make sure you fill up on the airplane 😂 so overall we had a pretty average stay but would not return.
Ps. If you would like to escape England of the UK this is not the place for you as they are way to many British tourists

Let me start my saying we have had a great week and we don’t want to leave. Guest relations are outstanding and any issues are resolved quickly. The restaurants are fab and all the staff have been amazing with my little girl. Kids club and staff are fantastic. Bar staff are great. The hotel is also clean. Wish we did a 10 day stay

came back yesterday and oh my god I could go over and over again.
food was good I’m picky wherever I go abroad as I’m a English and not used to abroad food but I found something every night, even if it was small I still ate.
the staff!! Where can I start absolutely amazing they are the most kindest people ever and put time in everyone and makes everyone feel so welcome. The entertainment staff were amazing always going over and beyond to make everyone happy and to get involved.
cleanliness was amazing aswell room was spotless and got cleaned everyday. The hotel itself was clean inside very well looked after
the main sofas were cleaned thoroughly and everywhere else.
The only thing that lets this hotel down is the outside. Just abit messy compared to the other hotels, I know it’s being abit picky but when you looked around when going for a walk other hotels had nice views around the hotel including outside before entering the hotel. Greenwood had dead trees and bushes and some smashed concrete. (Nothing dangerous there’s a path opposite side to get out onto main strip where markets and other hotels are) .
apart from that I’d highly recommend this hotel to families 100% we’d definitely be back as I was so sad to leave it really felt like home.
I mentioned the outside because I’d really recommend getting it tidied up like other hotels and it will probably become one of the best hotels on Lara beach.

​Our first family holiday in Turkey and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! Traveling with two adults, a 6-year-old girl, and a 13-year-old boy can be tiring, but after a long journey, we were met by a lovely and friendly reception team who took our bags straight to the room—with zero pressure to tip.
​A massive shoutout to the team at Greenwood Suites. The bar staff, especially Tarkan, and Radik on the entertainment team were absolute standouts. They went above and beyond to make the trip special and memorable for my children. The pool and water slides are where the real fun happens, and the team does an incredible job keeping the energy high despite the extreme heat.
​We will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family. Thank you for such a great holiday!

Excellent quality , great staff and good atmosphere

Don’t go. It’s not a 5 star. 3 star at best. It’s not got any greenery around it. More like a bug infested building site. Hard bed. Not clean and 100s wild cats. Stay away

So this hotel was JUST okay and I mean not even great. We arrived late due to our flight and we found the all night diner was open so we decided to give it a shot. Service was FINE we ordered the cheese burger fish and chips and sausage bun. Well the food was just horrible like the burger Patti was cold. The next day we got up bright and early and went down for breakfast I was dissatisfied by the lack of variety and tradition. Lunch was genuinely MID myself and my family were disappointed to find the food in so much lack in which I could state for minutes dinner was the same. One of our main complaints was the separation of the hotel. I found myself lost with no WiFi in the dark. On the plus side me and my family loved the waterpark and multiple pools available and found sun beds were very easy to find . Overall we had a fine stay but wouldn’t come back

The entertainment staff is great rollerskate guys afe very great everybody very helpfull food could be a little warmer.

I recently stayed at Greenwood Suites Resort in Turkey from 8-15 August 2026 with my friend and her two children. Unfortunately, the holiday fell well below the four-star standard advertised and was not the relaxing break we had expected.

After arriving late at night following a long day of travelling, our room had not been properly prepared for four people. We were provided with only two beds (a double and a single), meaning one person had to sleep on the sofa. No additional bedding was provided for the sofa, and the bedding available was uncomfortable, consisting of a scratchy waffle-style sheet.

The room itself was also very disappointing and did not match the images or description shown online. Based on the website, we expected a proper family room suitable for two adults and two children, with sufficient space, comfort and facilities for four people. Instead, the room felt cramped, dark and poorly configured and in my opinion should not have been allocated to a family of four. The layout was unsuitable for a family stay and the room was very different from the brighter, more spacious accommodation advertised. It certainly did not feel like the "Superior Room with Garden View" as described on Jet2 website.

Cleanliness was a major concern throughout our stay. On our first day, we discovered ants across the table in the bedroom, along with dusty blinds, grime around the shower, limescale on bathroom fittings and unpleasant smells coming from the drains. Even after reporting the ant issue, dead ants remained visible later in the week, which made me question how thoroughly the room was being cleaned.

Unfortunately, both adults in our party became very unwell during the holiday, suffering from sickness and diarrhoea, which resulted in us losing a significant portion of our stay. We cannot say for certain what caused this, but it added to our wider concerns about hygiene standards at the resort, particularly after seeing maintenance staff being called to clean the pool following a child vomiting in the water.

The food and drink were also disappointing. The food selection felt limited and unappealing, with very little that reflected the Turkish cuisine I had been looking forward to experiencing. Breakfast was particularly poor, and child-friendly options were limited. The drinks often tasted watered down, and some of the bar staff, particularly in the lobby bar, were not especially welcoming.

I also had concerns about safety around the pool and water slide areas. I slipped and fell near the slides, bruising my knee, and we witnessed several other guests slipping in the same area during the week. The flooring appeared unsafe in places, and some of the safety matting became too hot to stand on comfortably.

Although the hotel reception creates a positive first impression, the wider resort did not live up to the polished images shown online. I also spoke to other families who shared similar concerns and questioned how the resort had achieved a four-star rating.

The only genuinely positive aspect of the holiday was the spa. I had a Turkish bath and massage on my first day, followed by a full-body massage on my last day. Putu was exceptional: professional, welcoming and highly skilled. The spa experience was by far the highlight of the stay and the only aspect I would personally recommend.

Overall, this was not the holiday experience we paid for or expected. The issues relating to cleanliness, maintenance, food quality, service, accommodation and safety had a significant impact on our stay. Sadly, based on my experience, I would not recommend Greenwood Suites Resort.

Radik was fantastic! He looked after us in the restaurant and he was great company in the entertainment getting us up dancing and overall put a smile on our faces 🤗🙂 He gave us all the information about the how that we needed and made us feel very welcome, he also helped us navigate the pool, waterslides, and restaurant. Would recommend very good 🌟

Brilliant hotel, plenty to do. Kids loved the water park. Plenty of food available and the ice creams were fantastic

The hotel was very clean, the house keeping staff was very helpful the bar staff were also very attentive especially the waiter on the roller-skates round the pool. Food was a little bit repetitive. The checkout was seamless only thing I would recommend is the showers facility’s in the spa after room checkout if you are leaving later then they can get a bit crowded as they don’t have time slots and a single shower for each gender. However overall it was a good Holliday for my family as I had two teenage girls with me and there was plenty opportunity’s to keep them occupied.

So my honest review of Greenwood suites resort. The coach took around 45 minutes to get us to the hotel with a few other stop offs. Coach driver didn't tell you when you arrived at your hotel so you just had to look out the window and look for the sign in the dark. Very helpful that 🙄 We arrived around midnight and was greeted at the lobby entrance by reception. Booked in and a porter took our bags to our room on the trolley. The view from our balcony was of the pool and was perfect especially that time of night as it was lit up. Two adults and three kid's so our room was a decent size. The fields at the front of the hotel have dumped rubbish.Someone obviously fly tipping. The pavements outside the hotel and walking up the local shops are all smashed and unsafe so if you have a pram and children mind where your walking because it's uneven. On the subject of the shops they are great value if you want a packet of crisps or bit of chocolate. It's worth getting the kids rubber floats from one of those shops as they are like 600/800 lira difference instead of the shop in the hotel. There's many shops along the road that have them. Hotel itself is very clean and the staff are excellent. Rooms cleaned daily or if you'd rather not just activate the do not disturb light switch and they won't come in. The pools are excellent especially the aqua pools they seem alot warmer than the main pool. Aqua closes around 4/5 pm not sure why. (Take it easy when walking around there as it's very slippery many have slipped over) The buffet breakfast in the main restaurant is poor I'd say. Same everyday, croissants, fruit and pancakes. Hotdogs, baked beans which are horrible. Eggs , chips and onion rings. The lunch in the aqua is from midday, one day it's chicken kebabs and burgers, next it's fried chicken. The dinner again in main restaurant is below expectations for what you have paid for all inclusive. I don't understand why other people are saying it's delicious food because it definitely isn't. Beef stew is there everyday more or less and gets boring. Just remember an all inclusive buffet is just that, same everyday. The kids get fed up with pizza everyday. If your eating outside the main restaurant and aqua bar, (aqua is all outside eating) there are many wild cats, kittens in fact just walking around by your feet , under tables, bit weird but they don't bother you. Seen a couple sitting inside the hotel which shouldn't really be aloud but it is. You have the late night snack restaurant which serve up the hot food that's left over from that day I'm sure. Cookies, cakes and drinks is also available. As for the queues,  wasn't much queuing for anything really, drinks, food and aqua slides all pretty quick. Just to add there are three tower cranes opposite the hotel which are visible from the pool areas and some rooms as there are new buildings going up however, they are not working onsite there is no building work aloud in the tourist areas during the summer months, so there is no noise from the building site itself. Top tip take plenty of insect bite spray the mosquitos love you. We stayed here for 10 days and it's too much, I'd say a week is long enough.Around the aqua pool areas bottled water in fridges is available for you take back to your room if you wish, as you have a fridge in there. Now the beach. Took the shuttle to the beach, took around 5 minutes. We got the next shuttle straight back. Sorry not worth going. Nothing there, deck chairs the sea and the bar. Not enough umbrellas either. I would shortlist this hotel, there are plenty of others close by that are better.

Brilliant location, perfect for families, short walk to the shops, shopping great, rooms very clean and cleaned everyday, very spacious, slides and pools are perfect for everyone. Food every night is great, alot of choice suits everyone, drinks selection and cocktails made perfectly, all the staff in the hotel very polite and attentive. We had our daughters birthday here and the staff made it special, decorated a table at dinner time and brought a cake out also. Would highly recommend. Entertainment team especially Ridik made everyone feel welcome and got everyone involved.
