Shin Shin Hotel Cheonjiyeon 是一間CP值極高的住宿選擇。它的地理位置非常優越，距離西歸浦偶來市場和天地淵瀑布都很近，行程安排上相當便利。房間和浴室都維持得十分乾淨整潔，能提供舒適的休息環境。
雖然櫃檯人員的英文溝通能力稍微弱了一些，可能需要多花點耐心交流，但考量到它超級便宜的價格，整體而言依然是非常划算且值得推薦的住宿體驗。
Unfortunately, this was the worst accommodation we had during our trip to Korea.
The biggest issue was the staff. Both at the reception and in the breakfast area, they often seemed impatient and eager to dismiss questions, especially when dealing with foreign guests. We found them unfriendly and unhelpful, and it was difficult to get assistance when needed.
Breakfast was advertised until 10:00 AM, but when we arrived around 9:30 AM, staff had already started clearing away food and preparing to close, which made us feel rushed.
The elevator system was also frustrating. At times, we had to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator to reach the higher floors. It often felt necessary to call the second elevator at once because the system did not seem to efficiently dispatch available elevators.
There were, however, some positive aspects. The rooms were clean, the views from the higher floors were good, and the breakfast selection was very diverse and surprisingly good, even for European guests who are not used to having rice-based dishes for breakfast.
One major downside was the number of mosquitoes in the room. During the first two nights, we struggled to sleep because of them, despite never opening the windows.
Overall, while the hotel has some strengths, the service and comfort issues significantly affected our stay.
La proximité du 7eleven.
Le manque de place aux alentours de l'hôtel. C'est dommage que les chambres d'hôtel deviennent vieilles. Les murs ont pleins de tâches (plafond, sol, mur). Cela donne une mauvaise image de l'hôtel et pour le coup je trouve que ça ne ressemble pas aux photos misent sur Booking.

Location is really good and they have full size towels!
A bit old fashioned and curtains was dirty
The location was nice and the breakfast was fine.
It was not clean because it was also very smelly. We were with three people but they kept giving us only one towel, which doesn't make sense.
Also the table below the tv was loose, which is a general problem because after guests leave the room, they keep the door open so we saw every table was loose. So very dangerous and I don't know why they have 4 stars on Booking.com

El piso estaba enmoquetado y estaba super sucia y con muchos manchones,se nota que pasan la aspiradora por delante detras de la puerta y las esquina lleno de polvo.Me toco las zapatillas y el dipensador de jabon roto
El hotel estaba muy bien, las habitaciones cómodas y el baño muy limpio. El personal muy amable y todo lo que pedías te lo daban. El desayuno muy completo.

Moquette sporca (piena di macchia) e camera puzzolente.
Stanza caldissima, quando si leva la tesserina non si può lasciare il clima acceso. Con la camera esposta al sole ogni rientro era traumatico.
È stata richiesta la pulizia della stanza dopo la seconda notte ci hanno lasciato solo gli asciugamani sulla maniglia della porta.
