I liked the overall service, the room has a good size and clean. Very good location, and the staff was friendly

The front desk staff were unprofessional and took things personally. They responded rudely when I requested a room change to a quieter level, away from the pub, which stayed noisy until 3 AM every night. This hotel might be suitable for those visiting Dubai for leisure, but not for work.

The room was not clean enough.

Door didn’t lock, chain lock was broke, bathroom was stained on toilet seat and in tub. There was a party both nights with very loud music until 4am and I couldn’t sleep despite the fact I had in ear plugs and my head sandwiched between two pillows.

The staff i met was so impolite and the rest of team un helpful room was so low than pictures i was shocked with the smell at the room an elevator.

Near to metro station and mall of emirates.

The traffic (cars and lorries) sounds from the main street can be heard in the room.

Hotel was nice but even on the thrid floor i could hear the night club thumping until 3am each day.

This hotel should warn guests that they will hear the nightclub until 4am in the morning.

When I checked in, I asked if the hotel had a quiet bar, the receptionist politely laughed and indicated that they didn't but they did have a nightclub and that is why they put me on for 3rd floor (nightclub on the 1st floor)

I was tired after a busy week and I just wanted to sleep. The music didn't stop until around 4am. The guidesheet in the room under the table glass indicated the night club closed at 3am, but I think it stayed open until 4am.

I made the reception aware of my complaint when checking out and they show some sympathy, but it was clear nothing was going to get done about this. I suggested that wlthey must get many complaints about this and they agreed, but clearly this is in issue that will not be going away.

This hotel is clearly designed for those who want to party all night and if that's what you're looking for, I recommend it.

I however, like to sleep when I stay in a hotel, so this wasn't for me.

The signature hotel marina and barsha heights are however excellent.

I'm sure many people get mixed up due to two of the hotels sounding very similar 'barsha' and 'barsha heights' are different hotels, might be mixed up often.

This place was absolutely terrible! They had a club bumping my walls all night every night, I couldn’t get any sleep. They had me calling them everyday for fresh towels because they had none ready at the time of room cleaning. It had an Oder in the halls and the non smoking room I was in reeked of smoke! I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to my worst enemy it was “THAT BAD!”

Signature Hotel Al Barsha is a gem. They treat their guests with dignity and respect and are extremely polite and helpful. The hotel is not a luxury hotel by any means, but for the price it feels like it. The room I had was clean and well equipped and the air freshener they used was divine (I even wanted to find out what they used so I could take some home with me!). If you are looking for a good value in Dubai, this is it. You won't regret it!

This is a great hotel which is walking distance to the mall of Emirates and the metro station which can take you all over Dubai. It also has a night life with 2 night clubs on the 1st floor. Good music and drinks available. The staff at this hotel are amazing and the cleaning staff really cleaned my room well. They go above and beyond at this hotel to make you feel welcome and at home. Thank you!

Comfortable but a little dated in the bathroom. In a great location for most of the meetings we had and staff were fine and helpful. Just a note that the noise from the nightclub/ bar can be heard on floors above and didn't stop until 4 am on our last night.

Hotel reception team are not fit to do this job , they are very aggressive and not negotiable ..
Room floor dusty , toilet sealing has water leakage , the towels smelling bad …all over the elevators and corridors smelling very bad as well .
Not recommended .
