Food, location, most of the staff was very nice.

Cons:

For this price, a certain level of precision / expectation should be met by a 4-star hotel in Switzerland, which we couldn’t find here. Just a few examples: no safe deposit box in the room, lack of space / storage for personal belongings, no electric plugs for phones, no laundry service.

Sehr schönes Haus in Silvaplana
Pros:

Nicht allzu große Auswahl, dafür ausgesprochen gut. Die Mitarbeiterinnen sind alle ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Sowohl beim Frühstück als auch Abends an der Bar. Dies gilt ebenso für die Vermietung der Fahrräder.

Cons:

Dass Kuhmilch beim Frühstück immer separat geordert werden muss.

Entspannung gut möglich durch die gute Lage, das feine Essen und das kompetente Personal
Pros:

zentrale und doch ruhige Lage, Zimmer mit Balkon und Sicht auf den See, bequemes Bett, eine exquisite Karte am Abend und ein sehr feines Frühstücksbuffet
Personal in allen Bereichen sehr freundlich, kompetent und zuvorkommend

Cons:

Duschschutz bei der Badewanne nützt nicht wirklich
