Pros:

Der Ausblick und die größe des Zimmers waren super. Die Betten komfortable und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wir konnten auch den Parkplatz und das Schwimmbad den ganzen Tag noch nutzen an der Abreise, das war auch wirklich toll. Sehr zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und dem Angebot vor Ort.

Pros:

Lage am Strand.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, es waren mehrere Silberfische im Zimmer. Das Zimmer roch leicht modrig. Auf dem Bett war eine Wimper. Auf der Tagesdecke war ein Blutfleckchen.
Die Duschamatur war defekt, die Anschlagpunkte haben nicht funktioniert. Checkin sehr spät.

For the money this place is not worth it and the staff are very poor, this is not a reflection on them individually but
Pros:

The location, beyond that nothing much else. Everything in the room was run down including holes in the curtains, a rusty radiator that was broken (when mentioned to reception I was ignored), a toilet door that could not fully open as it hit into the door to the room.

Yes the reception has had a makeover but the rest of the place was not great for the daily rate.

Cons:

Let’s start with the staff, the alarm bells should have rung when we turned up and the young man on reception seemed to have no idea what he was doing and could not inform us of anything.

When I then reached out about the issues with the room I was told “we all have different opinions on what to expect from a hotel room”, honesty when a guest says the radiator is rusty and doesn’t work, there are holes in the curtains you think there would be some interest in solving the issue but no I was just told the manager would be in contact and then nothing.

Overall the staff are not trained and I firmly believe they are trained to deflect when guests complain and just shrug shoulders, even as we left there was another guest also going through this same crappy experience we had to endure.

Now the room would have been ok but the issues here are honestly shocking, holes in the curtains, water damage on the walls and broken heating are not acceptable. Also I appreciate it was really story outside and the wind whistles past the window but the door to the room was not sealed so you could hear that same howling sound coming through the door so poorly sealed it was. Oh and the bed was sagging and not comfortable at all!
