Nice property in a great location, fantastic view of the lake. Is far from the drums and bells at night so it’s quiet and calm for sleep. The decoration on the hotel is fantastic and the staff is super helpful and kind.
The room was spacious and acceptably clean.
Great value for money with an spectacular view and close to everything. This is such a perfect positioning next to the beautiful bridge and on the quiet side! Perfect x
We were here for pushkar festival and this hotel is opposite the Sadhu Ashram. There are many Sadhus around which was very interesting. The hotel room itself was large, king bed was comfortable, had a wardrobe, air con and a fan. They were kind when we requested things such as cups for tea to go with the kettle and another sheet.
The room was always cleaned upon request. And there is a common area which has beautiful views.
Location wise you need to walk over the foot bridge to get quickly to good cafes. Otherwise you need to walk for maybe 15 minutes.
I'm unsure if it was because of the festival but power went off regularly and we had no water occasionally. This is common in India, but surprising at this price point.
The restaurant attached to the hotel is very expensive and plays incredibly loud music or karaoke at night.
It felt as if the hotel was maintained oddly, for example our door to the balcony had a 2cm gap from its frame ... this let in lots of noise, dust, wind.
If you are after a lake view, note that only one half of the hotel has views directly to the lake, the other side is only overflow.
Good Property
Staff behaviour was so good
Top notch hospitality. Rooms are decent with beautiful views. Location is an absolute win, market is just 5-10 mins walk.
The restaurant food could be better. No water available in night time, so keep your bottles filled for night!
The staff were lovely
The whole hotel was extremely dirty and absolutely nothing like the photos on booking.com
The bedding was also very grotty.
Staff is so good
Hotel also good
Overall best experience I have ever
They treat u very well
Great sized rooms. Peaceful location. Plenty of hot water. The ground floor plant haven. Polite, helpful staff.
The balcony door was almost impossible to close and impossible to lock. The bed sheet we arrived to was a little stained and there was no top sheet, although we were told we could take a 2nd one (why not just provide them without having to ask). There was no quilt, but a fleecy blanket, so hundreds of others would have used that before you. The place could be amazing with a little more attention to detail. Even after all the above, I would recommend staying there.
The proprietor Mr Ramanuj was prompt, helpful and polite. The place has excellent location and an old world charm. It is animal friendly.
The place needs a lot more upkeep. There is incomplete construction everywhere. Fittings, linen, decor- everything feels halfway done and then left unfinished. Pushkar has a chill vibe, but this felt sloppy. With such a view, we would be happy to pay more for better facilities and nicely kept rooms.
