Coupure d’électricité

La gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

Il y a eu une coupure d’électricité du moment où je suis arrivé à la réception jusqu’à 6h du matin. Je n’ai donc pas pu utiliser la climatisation, nu charger mon téléphone sachant que j’avais fait un long trajet. Les lumières ne fonctionnaient pas également et pas d’accès Wi-fi du coup. Un groupe de jeunes séjournant dans les chambres à côté ont hurlé pendant 1h et quelques. Après une intervention du staff ils se calmés puis ont repris une heure après. À 5h du matin ils m’ont réveillé en criant de plus belle puis en déplaçant des choses. Je n’ai pas eu à payer la taxe de séjour mais j’ai passé la pire nuit de mon séjour en Italie tout en ayant payé 73€. J’ai bien compris que ce n’était pas de leur ressort mais j’ai payé pour des services que je n’ai pas obtenu à savoir de l’électricité qui est le minimum syndical pour faire fonctionner tout un tas d’équipements promis sur Booking.

Bon hôtel pour une nuit ou un week-end pour découvrir Milan
Pros:

Personnel sympathique, une bonne literie, grande armoire et espace suffisant pour ouvrir sa valise, bonne localisation de l'hôtel (à 10min max d'une station de tram ou de métro) et propose un petit-déjeuner.

Cons:

Salle de bain petite (mais taille suffisante pour une nuit), à notre arrivée il y avait une odeur pas agréable (mais qui s'estompe dès qu'on y passe du temps), des produits industriels (emballés) sont servis au petit-déjeuner. Pour le petit-déjeuner c'est dommage car l'Italie offre une si belle gastronomie !

Great choice for a family on a budget
Pros:

Clean, comfortable family room 5 minutes walk from the Metro or a €12 taxi ride from Milano Centrale. Dark, quiet, and we all slept well after a long flight. Good supermarket and bars just round the corner. Staff are friendly and obliging. Considering Milan is one of the most expensive cities in Europe, we really couldn't fault it.

Cons:

If was being fussy, a mini fridge and kettle would be useful. Also, a shelf in the bathroom for toiletries.

Básico pero repetiría
Pros:

La habitación era súper grande, el baño adaptado muy cómodo y estaba todo muy limpio.
La planta donde está el comedor para el desayuno es amplia y si no hace mucho calor tienen mesas en una terraza muy bonita.
El desayuno es bastante básico pero hay opciones.
Está entre dos paradas de metro, a 5 minutos cada una, alrededor hay de todo, un supermercado, parque para perros, restaurante...

Cons:

La entrada no está adaptada, fuimos con un carro ligero de bebé y hay que subir escaleras a peso y en el ascensor solo cabe el carro y una persona. Es realmente incómodo.

Hotel perfecto para estancias cortas en un buen barrio cerca
Pros:

Todo estuvo muy bien, llegue antes de la hora del check-in, muy temprano de hecho y me recibieron las maletas y mi habitación estuvo lista antes de las 14:00h.
Muy agradecido con el trato del personal del hotel.
