Pros:

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hotel Los Lagos. The whole time I was there, I felt really comfortable and relaxed thanks to the welcoming owners and the peaceful environment. My room was cosy and always nice and warm (essential at this time of year in Patagonia), and it had everything I needed including a comfortable bed, a bedside table and lighting, hangers for some of my clothes and a great bathroom with a shower, and plenty of towels and hot water. Close to my room was the breakfast area where tea, coffee, milk and use of a fridge were available at all times. Breakfast is included in the price of the room and consists of tea or coffee, as well as croissants and a bread roll with jams and cream cheese. Eggs are also available for a small additional cost. Although the reception desk isn't manned 24 hours, the owners live in the same building and are just a doorbell ring away. You get a key to the front door of the hotel, which allows you to come and go as you please. The building is in an excellent location, just two blocks away from the main street. Despite its proximity to the centre, the local neighbourhood is really quiet, and there's plenty of room outside for minibuses and vans to stop to drop you off or pick you up. The Hotel Los Lagos is a great choice for a few days' stay in El Calafate, and you certainly get your money's worth. Highly recommended!

Buen alojamiento con relación calidad-precio adecuada
Pros:

Personal excelente, muy amable y cercano. Nos permitieron entrar antes de la hora de check in y nos dejaron incluso elegir habitación.

Limpieza, ubicación y amabilidad
Pros:

La ubicación muy central y cerca a restaurantes deliciosos, la Limpieza de la habitación fue diaria, además la señora nos colaboró con el lavado de algo de ropa que llevábamos con un precio cómodo por el servicio, los espacios son agradables, el desayuno fue muy delicioso y en general la amabilidad de todo el personal.
