The location to the castle is 2 nd to none. A 5 minute walk is all it takes to be at the castle. We booked for Bastille Day. Spent the day walking around . We had lunch then returned to 514 , showered and changed. Returned to the castle for supper . Watched the fireworks display which was breathtaking. Fantastic location.The room was clean and equipped with fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave, coffee maker ( one pod machine and also a filter machine) Well worth a visit and great value for money.

Location for the medieval cité is excellent (about a 7-10 mins walk). Communication from the apartment management was also excellent which meant our checking in and out was easy. The apartment is a bit tired, however the kitchen and bathroom were both clean. Other surfaces and inside the drawers in ours were dirty but we'd taken some cleaning products with us so it wasn't a big deal. Overall would still recommend and would stay here again.

Tres bien situe pres de la cite , propre et calme

Nous n'avons passé qu'une nuit, mais c'était parfait...bien insonorisé, très pratique car bien équipé ( y compris frigidaire), très propre.
Les consignes données par sms sont précises. Aucun souci...
De plus bien situé par rapport à la cité médiévale

Motel très bien situé...5mn à pied de la Cité. Petit studio terrasse, bien équipé et laissant toute indépendance. Consignes et conseils parfaits Bon choix pour un prix raisonnable.

Au top, rien à redire la communication avec le propriétaire est superbe le lieu idéalement situé et le parking mise à disposition vraiment pratique

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. Quiet area. Great location to Cite Carcassonne. Room was worn out and not clean enough.

Tout était parfait. Le calme, la literie, la propreté, le texto avant d'arriver avec toutes les consignes, les resto du coin, les supérettes... Idéal pour visiter la cité à pied du logement.

Het was een zeer fijn verblijf. Helaas was het appartement een beetje vies, er zat schimmel in de douchecel en overal was het net niet lekker fris. Verder een top accommodatie. Vriendelijke huisbaas en alles was enorm goed geregeld, Carcassonne was prachtig!

- No grab bar by toilet (as advertised)
- No portable bath seat (as advertised)
- No raised toilet seat (as advertised)
- Shower is not wheelchair accessible (as advertised)
- Rooms are not wheelchair friendly (as advertised)
- Toilet door is not wheelchair width (as advertised)
- No ironing board or iron (as advertised)
- Rusty outdoor table and chairs in an unloved gravel area

We arrived at 14:30 to a locked gate. Pressing the bell got no response but fortunately we had a local phone and after several attempts managed to contact someone who gave us instructions as to how to get in and which room was ours.
First impressions - is this the place we actually booked on hotels.com???
Second impressions. It can’t be just 9 years old??
Then we found our room. OMG!!!
Dark and dingy with only a passing resemblance to the photos.
I simply can’t believe the website comments are actually genuine as there is absolutely no pride taken in the presentation of this third rate excuse for a hotel.
Hotels.com. Lift your game or we will leave in droves.

The appartment was very confortable and quiet. It is a 10 minutes flat walk from the old Carcassonne city and castle. Courtyard parking.

La ubicación excelente, tienes la Cité a muy poca distancia. Parking privado, zona tranquila y silenciosa. La habitación estaba muy bien, pequeña pero confortable. El colchón es terrible, incómodo y tiene muchísimo polvo (soy alérgica a los ácaros). El dueño es muy agradable. Y el baño estaba muy limpio. Comunicación impecable tambien.

One of best places I have stayed at. Rooms are new and perfectly clean. Friendly service. Just a short walk up the street to the medieval city. Very highly recommend!!!!!

très bien situé, à proximité de la cité de Carcassonne et proche des restaurants.Parking fermé très appréciable. studio assez petit donc pas beaucoup de place pour ranger ses affaires mais ç'est parfait pour un court séjour.
