Highly recommended
Pros:

Pros:

The breakfast was nice but quite basic for such an establishment. The location of the hotel is central and quite convenient. I liked their rooms as they are a good size. They are also clean and very tidy. My checking in and checking out experience were quite pleasant. The male members of staff were great as they seemed quite knowledgeable in customer service in comparison to the majority of the female members of staff.

Cons:

The male members of staff were excellent but majority of the female members of staff were not very friendly. They seemed detached and unfriendly with very little interest in clients wellbeing. In general, I think there is need for staff training in relation to female members of staff attitude towards work and customers service.

The rooms facing Kenyatta Avenue are also very noisy . They may need to.install soundproof windows to minimise the noise. I had to ask to.be moved to a quieter room.and although this was first met with resistance by a female member of staff who was also quite rude, I was mover to a quieter room.

The location of the hotel, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff was chef's kiss!🥳🥳🥰🥰 (especially our waiter Oscar) the food amazing!!!!!.....Everything was onpoint! We just loved the place and if we ever come back to Nakuru, we would definitely stay here again!!!!!!!

De algemene ruimtes zijn rustig gesitueerd. De maaltijden zijn uitstekend. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. In het warme seizoen is een kamer aan de noorfzijde aan te bevelen. De drukkw weg voor het hotel is aan de noorfzijde hoorbaar maar de koelte is het waard. Anders is er nog een fantastisch zwembad. En elke ochtend een krant voor de kamerdeur, top..
De beveiling is super goed.

Eigenlijk was ik er niet lang genoeg om volledig te kunnen genieten van de accomodatie.
In de toekomst zal ik er wel terugkeren en een langer verblijf boeken, zodat we kunnen genieten van het prachtige zwembad en de keuken kunnen proberen.
Goed om te weten is dat ze samenwerken met Crater Lake Tented Camp and Game Sanctuary. Waardoor vervoer tussen beide locaties makkelijker kan geregeld worden.

Pros:

es war alles super, sauber , das Essen war extrem lecker und an Heiligabend gab es ein spezielles Programm mit Abendessen. Es war so besonders und schön!

Das Personal hat egal was für uns möglich gemacht und alle waren unfassbar freundlich!

Jederzeit wieder, ich kann es nur empfehlen.
