Polite and responsive front desk
Ants, spiders in room. Floors coming up and shower floors both needed attention in our particular room.
Close to Miami U, very nice proprietor
Extremely basic - bed was hard, room was cold, very thin blanket, shower pressure had a trickle and took forever to get warm

Not far from Miami University
Place is falling apart. Sink not connected securely to wall. Tile coming off the wall. Security lock mechanism was easily detached from the wall. No light cancelling curtains with lights on all night outside the room. Staff did not replace coffee pods for 2 night stay. Heating unit did not maintain a steady temperature. Office did not have our reservation even though it was prepaid.
Overall, we would happily drive from Hamilton or Cincinnati before staying here again.
Staff was friendly. Parking great. Hotel was a great value. I would have given all 5's but there were a couple of things with my room that could have made it better. There was no where to hang my clothes and there was no chair in the room to sit in which made it hard to put my shoes on. Other than that it was great.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Was actually quieter than I thought it might be being a ground level motel style on a busy road. The owner/receptionist was very welcoming. The bathroom is a little worn out, but overall it was fine for the price.

Shower was very small and water didn’t drain. Bathroom was kind of dirty and very little space to put your toiletries/etc. door was a jar to the room and felt like it could be opened up easily.
Although the property is older and could use some renovating, it was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked great, and the beds & pillows were very comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, and we were able to park right in front of our room.
You get what you pay for. Inexpensive but dirty sheets, dirty shower.
