A hotel filled with Lego fun
Pros:

Brilliant one night stay at the end of our Billund trip. Three adults and two kids stayed in a wizard room - lots of space for all. Great treasure hunt for the kids to get the combination to the treasure in our room. Play areas great and we also had a good walk around the other Lego hotel which is next door. We ate at the Knights Tavern which was fun. Our flight was very early the next day so the hotel gave us packed breakfasts which we requested at check in

Hotel bonito, sucio y con muy mala gestión.
Pros:

Estaba muy cerca del parque y la temática era muy bonita.

Cons:

Cogimos una habitación superior y nos dieron una adaptada a minusválidos. La diferencia el baño. Un retrete muy alto incluso para adultos, ducha y lavabo incómodos. No es lo que contrate puesto que las fotos del baño son totalmente distintas. Cuando lo dijimos en recepción a parte de tratarnos de manera muy poco profesional nos dijeron que esas eran las habitaciones superiores. Así que tuve que buscar las fotos de su propia web. Nos dijeron no tenían más habitaciones y que era lo que había. Y para colmo el baño estaba sucio y con arañas enormes. Quedamos muy descontentos con el hotel.

Cons:

Prezzo decisamente altissimo. Info poche precise dalla reception sul parking ( a pagamento tramite QR code e con esposizione di disco orario pare) e sull'ingresso anticipato a Legoland alle 9.30

Hotel dla rodzin z dziećmi, moje były zachwycone, wszędzie lego, wszędzie można budować. Ładny, czysty, fajne kosmetyki w łazience, piękny pokój.

Cons:

Na śniadania przez 3 dni było podawane dokładnie to samo, smaczne ale jednak co dzień tak samo. Dziwny system parkingowy.

Rooms need a renovation.
Pros:

The hotel was in a good position. Food was good. Atmosphere of the restaurant was average. It felt like a school cafeteria. The reception was nice but the rooms very disappointing

Cons:

The rooms didn’t feel clean. Very disappointing. We stayed in both buildings, and both we not good.

Horrible experience not worth the money for such a big brand. Very disappointed
Cons:

The room was dirty, linens in blood and stains, dust covered shelves, stinky, smelled like pee in the bathroom. Sine booking the room, I mentioned it was for my daughter's birthday. Never taken into consideration. No offers made until I pushed hard at the last minute. Stains on furniture(not well wiped) no network reception for the phone in the room, had to go outside or put my phone out of the window.

Pros:

Il tutto è ben organizzato e strutturato. La struttura merita in quanto veramente sembra di essere nel mondo lego.

Cons:

Il rapporto qualità prezzo non è dei migliori. Capisco l'esclusività ma dopo aver speso 550€ per una notte e poi pagare anche 30€ di parcheggio mi sembra assurdo.

Ligging op enkele meters van Legoland
Feëriek kasteel en kamer: echt prachtig
Airco
Bedden goed, badkamer ook
Ontbijtbuffet ook ok
Overal LEGO blokjes om mee te spelen
Kamer is groot en alhoewel niet afgescheiden heeft wel 2 delen waardoor het niet lijkt alsof je allemaal in 1 kamer slaapt

Cons:

Elke dag zelfde buffet avond en ontbijt
Personeel kon je niet echt vriendelijk of hulpvaardig noemen
