Good location, near beach. The price is reasonable.
Construction work next to the hotel started at 6am no soundproof windows so it was extremely loud every day
Good hotel. Reasonable price. 5-minute walking distance to reach Beach. The staff is friendly to help me late check in.
near the beach, fully equipped, we were supported with free early check-in (at 13:00). We have stayed here many times, the previous times were okay, but this time was really different, the room was super clean, beautifully decorated, the bed sheets were also changed, the fabric softener smelled super pleasant. The staff was beautiful, enthusiastic, they knew about this city.
Staff were lovely but rooms weren’t worth the price. The first room we were given already had people staying in so we got moved. In our new room we had a tile missing above our shower, we were only given one towel for two of us, and the telephone didn’t work. Location is good but rooms aren’t great.

Very accessible to the tourist spot, a lot of restaurants and convenient store nearby. Few steps to my khe beach. The location is perfect 👍
Maybe only the house keeping, they should improve offering the daily cleaning of the room.

Room was very rub down, AC, fridge and tv didn't work properly, We woke up very early morning to an awful smell that just got worse as the morn wore on, it was chocking us and making our eyes water, we reported it and went for a walk, when we returned it was even worse. We decided to check out, we were offered a different room but we declined . The staff were understanding and returned the balance of our money

We were greeted by cockroaches upon checking in. And we were given room with no view (window facing a ceiling) even though we booked for a room with a view.

Fantastic location in the heart of walking area.
Next to many shops and restaurants. Surprisingly quiet considering there are a few bars around. Big bright window. Elevator is a bit tight but again, not the worst.
Room was clean.
The morning team was a few young little ladies and even they had the courtesy of helping me carry my things out to the car without needing to ask. The type of service I'd expect in hospitality and hotel especially seeing that I'm alone with kids.
The lobby space looks as though it may sometimes be used for dining is not well organized when I arrived. Chairs in disarray and things stored messily.
A bit small but manageable.
When I checked in the gentleman watched me carry all my own bags in from the curb, up the stairs and to the desk while I had 2 toddler kids by myself. I had quite a bit as I was in the midst of moving homes and danang was a stop over.
He stood and watched and waited for me to collect my things at the desk.
Bathroom has a sulfer like smell at certain times of the day which i guess is some sort of plumbing issue.
Well, good value for money. Costs about ~13 EUR per day, so definitely worth it. 5 min walk till beach and cafe-restaurants area. If you sleep well despite background noise safely book room here.
Extremly noisy, during my stay I experienced construction works at 4am across the street, drummers concert at 6am at the shop nearby, not mentioning motobike sellers with load speakers driving around every 10-15 minutes.
